Inefficient customer service and mishandled return

I bought a Mac Nanamica for a little over 700 euros from Norse Store. I returned it two days after receiving it, so I should theoretically have been refunded 100%. However, my package remained at a pickup point that they never collected it from. I contacted customer service, which took nearly two weeks to respond, telling me that they couldn’t find any return in their system. I replied, and by the time they got back to me, the package had been sent back to France.

NEVER BUY HERE

Tried to order shoes from them. They claim within a day they try to handle it. After 5 days of silence I myself had to email them asking if something went wrong. They assured me everything was alright and finally updated the status to 'processing' after two days I get an email my order was rejected reasoning the product was out of stock, but failed to update their site where the product was still up or send me and email within the week of "handeling" and "processing". If you're looking for an absolute dreadful experience definitely shop here

Despicable customer service

Despicable customer service. Never in my life have I experienced such disgraceful customer service. I was sent jeans that were labeled incorrectly, and have been through a months long ordeal trying to get a refund for them. The CS attendants refute factual, proven information that is clearly stated in writing, they are manipulating, gaslighting pieces of work. Good luck to anyone who chooses to shop with the company. They will make your life worse.

Fantastic !!

Fantastic !!! Can't understand all the bad reviews...I ordered some very expensive Visvim boots, they were nearly half price on Sale, plus it included All import taxes and Free post too the U.K. they arrived in less than 48 hours ...amazing service thanks guys !!!

Good experience

Good experience
I ordered a pair of designer shoes on sale that ended up being too big for me. The parcel arrived to me in a few days with dhl. I had to pay for the return shipment to Denmark but I was prepared for that. They received my return yesterday and today I got my money back through paypal. Communication about the return was swift with their support email. Would use Norsestore again.

A+ to Norse Store for their velocity

I bought a trainer from Norse Store in Denmark with a big sale on it, 55% off, the shipping fee was reasonable ( 11 EUR), and I got it delivered within two days with their DHL express partner, it is a fast and smooth experience with no hurdles, which is fantastic to me. I highly recommend the website.

Purchased 2 Norse sweatshirts from a…

Purchased 2 Norse sweatshirts from a retailer in the UK. This is not a review of the service but the products purchased. On purchasing the sweatshirts the fit and feel was perfect. However after washing the sweatshirt in a 30 degree wash the garment shrunk in length by around 3 inches (7/8 cm) and looked awful after the initial wash. feeding back to Norse directly, they were not interested and pointed me back in the direction of the retailer. My issue was to do with materials and quality of the production of the garments. The second sweatshirt was washed in my mothers machine on a cold hand wash selection and the result was the same. These sweatshirts were over £100 each. I would not purchase from this company again

Not happy

I hardly complain about anything, I placed an order March 31st . I have not received my order. Last update was April 16th. I have emailed this company with no reply. I will not order anything else from them!

Faulty product

onlines buyers beware

Buyer beware. Ordered online and the package got missing due to incompetence from both the store and GLS. No options were given in the meantime besides just waiting for the outcome of GLS' investigation; which they found but sent it back to Denmark with no particular explanation. Terrible customer experience as no options were giving after informing GLS mishandled of the package besides waiting for GLS' investigation.

NS offered to send it again via DHL but I cannot trust them as a company so I will opt for the other option given the full refund instead.

Nice products but I cannot recommend buying online.

When the package was identified as lost/misplaced I would have expected as a customer either a replacement is shipped or the option for a refund, because that's what most businesses (even small ones) do in this case. But not having these options in front of me as a customer frustrated me and I felt stuck in limbo because of a miscommunication between the store and its shipping partner.

Non delivery, partial refund, no communication. 0 stars if it were an option.

Ordered a christmas gift, delivery was delayed, no communication. I just received an email telling me they'd given me a refund (minus shipping!) as the item has been returned to them. All of my details were correct, no one tried to contact me and I've not had a reply to any of my emails. Now no time to get a similar item for my brother for Christmas. I will never order from Norse again out of principle. Awful customer service

I won the raffle for a pair of easy…

I won the raffle for a pair of Yezzy boost 700 wave runners as I’ve never use this store before I was a bit dubious but there was nothing to worry about they packed my order shipped it to me I received it in perfect order would definitely recommend this company thank you Norse store kind regards Mark.
