Never EVER buy stuff here, even if you think you save money.

They had a big sale on manga, so I bought some fullmetal alchemist volumes. They said 2-3 days, and it took a month. Exactly a month. I got the volumes, and I was charged a second time, even though I paid the entire price when I first bought them. I ended up with under 0 on my bank account, and got called by the bank. The books were also all terribly damaged, and had dirt on them. Do not buy anything here, you are not saving money nor time. Truly the worst book shop in Norway.

Wanted to apply for membership in this…

Wanted to apply for membership in this bookstore as I am very often in Norway, they announced that I must have Norwegian phone number. Ridiculous, in which century we are living, I am not going to buy a phone card in each country where I spend some months every year. So, will buy books in another book shops that are not behaving like in the stone age when people were stuck in the same area for whole life.

Very bad service.

2 weeks after order, the book didn't come. No notofication. Contact them to get answer they don't have it. The worst book store I ever order from. Never again.

Horrible service

Horrible service. I haven’t received my book, and it hasn’t been sent and it’s been almost two weeks. It says that it should take up to 2 days for them to send it but that’s some bs. I send a mail to customer service last week, and i’ll probably have to wait an eternity for them to respond. Worst service i’ve ever experienced.

The worst service EVER!

The worst service EVER!! Ordered a book to be delivered home, the website says 1-2 days to send. A week later it’s not even sent and no telephone number to chase, just a useless online form which I’ve now sent twice and got no response to either of them. Asked for a refund now and goodness knows how long that will take.

Kunderservice just doesn't exist

Ordered 2 books, updated the invoice, didn't tell me what's happening with the second book but just sent the first one. No idea at all what's happening. Sent 2 times to kunderservice with no responses. Horrible as other review mentioned.

Horrible customer experience

Horrible customer experience. I received a damaged book. It looked like someone has already read it at least 3 times. It was supposed to be a collector’s edition btw. How someone could think it was all okay to pack and send this is beyond my comprehension.
Reported it right away and chased for any answers multiple times for weeks. No response whatsoever.

They selling books that they don't have in stock.

According to website the book was available in their online shop for shipping within 2-5 working days. The order was placed at April 15 and since I didn't got any information I send message to customer service at April 25. I got answer, the order was placed by Norli to publisher but didn't arrived yet. But no one contact me for 10 days to let me know what's going on. I have never seen such poor customer service. I checked their website today, they claim they have the book in stock 🤣

Dont trust the delivery dates

Dont trust the delivery dates! I have purchased 3 separate times and everytime they say delivery within 1-2 days. I end up waiting over a 7-14 days on my packages. If you have a time crunch, buy from another place instead. But the item itself is good. Website pictures could be better, i always google to see more pictures of the item.

Quite some books sold out, but very quick delivery

Many books are sold out at the moment, but I think it probably has to do with COVID and import. Nonetheless very quick delivery on the books that are in stock. I have placed 2 orders in the last month and both of them arrived in a couple of days. Something, I find, very rare when living up North. Most of the time it takes at least a week if not longer. So, apart from the books that are unavailable at the moment I am a happy customer!
