I had been a customer for about 15 years at this bank but moved abroad. Looking to buy a house in Denmark hopefully with their help and thought to contact the bank again (like they told me I could when I left the bank). I sent an inquiry through their online contact form and I got an auto reply that they’d contact me as soon as possible.

It’s been two months and I haven’t heard a thing! Guess they’re not interested in getting old customers back. Luckily I’ve found another bank willing to do business with me.

We had a loan with Ringkøbing Landbobank, and the experience was exceptional. My contacts at the bank, Marianne Thomsen and Camilla Graversen, were incredibly professional and responsive, always quick to provide assistance. It was a pleasure to bank with them!

Outdated bank service, with helpless customer service. Overprised business account. Poor credit card choise and no support.

Asked me for lots of documents through MyBanker but didn't even accept the meeting. No wonder why their rating is so low
