Would give zero stars, if I could
Terrible customer service.
I ordered a BBQ for my sailing trip… the package arrived before my trip, but unfortunately the BBQ had a crucial part missing. This meant that the BBQ was unusable.
I wrote to nordisk campingudstyr straight away, but they ignored my email. I wrote to them again after my holiday, asking for them to send me the missing part and also a partial refund, as they sold me a product that I could not use.
This time they responded to my email, and the missing part is on the way… Although they did not agree to refund me any money, and refused to acknowledge that they had ignored my first email.
Perhaps I will be able to use the BBQ next summer.

I have placed 2 orders in February that I have paid and never received. I have tried to contact them several times and there is always an answering machine saying they are on holiday and sick. They do not reply to emails. It must be a fake company. Don't order there!

I made use of the right of withdrawal…
I made use of the right of withdrawal but only returned the amount of the purchase, without the shipping costs. I have claimed it but he doesn't even bother to respond. The European law of guarantees is clear on this matter but it seems that he has not found out.

Well-made, but incomplete.
Ordered the Nordisk insulated Titanium mug. Better finish/cosmetic appearance than some alternatives, and feels well-made, but why no lid?
I know a lid wasn’t missing from the box, yet why insulated, if it was going to be supplied lidless? At least one rival - Lifeadventure - offers a lidded design.
For Kurt’s benefit: I AM pleased with it and have no plans to return it. But a lid would improve it.
