Love my happy face slippers! They are
much more comfortable than I expected at this price point! Exceeded expectations!!

Only 4 stars because of the weird sizing on the pajama set that I ordered, only 2 out of the 5 pieces in the set fit me. The silk material was very nice, colour options are all stunning, and I love the little lace details. Even though the sizing wasn't right, customer service was extremely helpful. Response time was typically less than 12 hours which is great. A bit of back and forth but that's not a big deal to me. I will definitely be giving them another chance and I will get a size up from what I ordered previously.

Updated Review - all my "dishwasher safe" cutlery faded after 2-4 washes. I was given a refund but only after a very long email thread, with lots of back and forth and multiple pictures being asked for again and again. I don't know about the other items but do not buy cutlery from here if you want dishwasher safe. very disappointing, testing should be done on products prior to selling and advertising.

The shoes I ordered came but weren’t quite right for me they were lovely though. I sent them back for a refund and the postal service didn’t manage to send them back. So I’ve gone 5 as the product was great but most importantly the customer service was outstanding! Friendly, helpful and quick to reply. Which I’m sorry to say you just don’t experience elsewhere. Thanks for your quick resolve guys!

Buyer beware. They claim they have easy returns and that's a full on lie. It took me 8 emails over 5 days to get this company to even allow me to initiate a return. They kept trying to convince me to keep the items and buy another in the correct size or give them away and get 50% off buy more from them. Then when I returned the items USPS had an issue with the item reaching their warehouse. It's a total scam. Not to mention their sizing is complete off. I am a small/medium in the item I ordered and it did not fit me at all and I ordered a medium. I will never buy from them again and suggest you don't either.

I ordered slippers on June 24th. Today is July 8th, no slippers. I have contacted them multiple times and they now say I have the slippers. Nope. I keep getting emails saying an inquiry has been opened, each with a different ticket # if I want to contact them. I'm done. They can keep my money because they're too difficult to deal with.

Absolute sham of a company. Do not buy from them. They blatantly mis-sold 2 items - cheap plastic slippers (that reeked of chemicals)masquerading as suede, and refused to acknowledge this error or issue a refund without me returning the goods at MY expense!!! Now they claim the package never arrived and are refusing to refund. Absolutely disgusting behaviour that utterly contravenes consumer law in my country (uk), and most other countries. Beware they are in Canada so return postage is significant. This company does not reflect the values it states on its website. Utterly unacceptable.

I bought their Golden Hour Sunset lamp and am pleased. It took a few weeks to receive the item, but since I was in no rush that was not a problem. Powerful, small lamp. Interesting color spectrum.

Very helpful customer service. I got slippers I wasn’t crazy about, and Nordic Peace reached out to me, told me to keep the slippers and gave me a gift card for new product. I ordered earrings and hair clips that arrived nicely. They were in constant communication with me. Very helpful.

So disappointed with this retailer. 9 months ago we purchased 2 sets of rose gold cutlery for £140, that are supposedly dishwasher safe. They are now fading to silver. They will not replace as the warranty they offer is only 5 months. The items being sold are poor quality and very cheaply made. There is no customer care or post purchase support. I will never buy anything from this retailer again. A 5 month warranty is evident that they're aware the product will fail. Being overseas is protecting them from UK trading standards and they are using this to their advantage. Awful company

Bought many things from Nordic Peace and most have been exactly what I wanted. Beautiful drinking glasses, a cute mushroom lamp, a jacket and a milk frother. Only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was a little bag which I thought was quite a bad quality. The customer service did handle the situation very well and I feel comfortable ordering again.

Bought the floral tote bag, the order took a very long time to arrive over a month
Saved the bag to use for holiday, opened the bag and placed on the strap, had the bag on for 25minutes the metal clasp snapped and my bag fell of my arm contents going everywhere
Contacted Nordic Peace and they didn’t apologise and refused to offer a replacement not even a replacement strap
Very poor customer service and attitude

The sunset lamps were a hit for the kids. They absolutely loved them, keep exploring them, and use them for all sorts of play. The light they make is surreal, as if you are on a different planet. Very smart invention. Worth the money.

Do not purchase from Nordic Peace. They are NOY a Canadian company rather some company that will ship their goods China (I assume this is some Chinese company operating under the guise of Canada) that will take about 3-4 weeks for your order to come. Never again I will buy from a place that has no history or a reputable name.

I saw an ad for a sunset lamp just as I was looking for something unique for my niece's birthday. Eureka! The lamp is fabulous. You can choose from a variety of colors but it truly looks like you are seeing the sun set in your room. I am always especially happy to support small businesses, and our Canadian neighbors. Great product, great customer service, great price, great company.

Update: the company did reach out and offer a full refund which I do appreciate. 3 stars overall since I have been dealing with this for the past almost 2 months but am glad to now have it resolved.

I can’t review the product because it’s been over 6 weeks and it still has not arrived. Originally, I had ordered this product early April for a bridal shower. 3 weeks later, when the product’s shipping location had not updated in about 10 days, I reached out and the company did get an updated shipping position. However, a few days later I check the tracking and it said this product was post marked incorrectly so will not be delivered. I reached out again and they offered a reshipment which I took. It has now been over 10 days and I have had to go back and forth multiple times to try to get an accurate shipping link (one that gives more details than “in transit”) with no success. I requested a refund because I am very tired and frustrated with dealing with this situation (and the bridal shower I originally ordered for has come and gone and I am still waiting for my gift for the bride). I was denied a refund but will continue trying since I have very little faith that this product will get delivered at this point. I was offered 20% of the cost of this product as store credit, which is funny considering they think I would ever want to deal with this company again.

This company tried to bribe me to take down my review and because I didn't they're trying to have my review taken down for being illegal. Haha. Stop lying to your customers. This is not a Canadian company. Buy elsewhere.

Before you buy from this import company, look up the item. You'll find it on Temu and Amazon. Same photos, same items all brought in from China. At best Nordic Peace is a very misleading company, at worst it's a complete scam. Took a month to get the slippers I ordered, came from Asia and the customer service response was they design items in montreal and ship them in from other countries. Nothing is made in Canada. This is not supporting a Canadian company, it's the same fast fashion as Shein, Temu and Amazon.

I love my lily flower coat from Nordic peace, I stuck to my usual sizing, small and it was the perfect size, a little oversized but just the right amount, the jacket is also light weight but also gives some warmth, I got so many compliments on it and still get asked where I got it.
