Ordered a putter during black week

Ordered a putter during black week. One week after the purchase and it still hadn’t been sent I reached out to customer service only to find out it was no longer in stock and my order was cancelled. If I had only known this before making the purchase or in a few days I could have ordered it from another store but now black week is over.

Dual Bag Display Storage

I ordered a Dual Bag Display Storage about three weeks ago. The parcel just arrived but the sender was NG Partners (?). Inside the package, there were no instructions on how to assemble the stand, no message from the company (NordicaGolf?) and no information on how to return the stand. Considering the high price (179€) I can by no means recommend this company nor this product.

Non-existing customer service

I received an impaired golf cart (CaddyTek compact). It took 3 weeks for Nordicagolf to reply to my several emails. They will not even answer the phone calls if you try to call them. When finally got an answer, they sent a new cart but to a wrong address which was 1 hour away from my home address.

The new golf cart is also bad and I cannot get any answers from them regarding the return.

Avoid this company due to the bad / non-existing customer service. The original delivery was quick however.

Thanks for your feedback. I can see you emailed us the the 8th of May and we replied you the day after. Can also see that we have answered you many times after that but when you email in the same ticket before we have time to answwe you, your ticket will be updated with the date and time from your recent email and we answer the oldest tickets first so please wait 48h before you answer in the same ticket.

We sent you a new trolley to the same address as you ordered it to in december but then you emailed us efter it was sent that you had moved to a new address which we couldn't now.
