Nordania's own form for setting up automated payments with Betalingsservice seems to be completely broken. You have to fill everything in manually, get no proper feedback whether things worked or not and the hotline does not know either.
What made it worse is that for months I kept getting "rykker" fees in my eBoks for bills they never sent. I only ever received bills with late fees but never the original bill. Every month I tried setting up Batelingsservice again only to learn that "we will see next month if it works now". This kept going for months. Eventually I was told how to set up Betalingsservice via my online banking. That finally worked.
To their credit, the people on the phone were friendly and all fees were waived. However, the customer experience and the resources spent on silly problems are absolutely ridiculous for a financial services institution. Getting money from people is one of the main things the company does and somehow they cannot get their processes straight. It's really a shame. Especially since SEPA mandates are a thing in Europe and work fine even in Germany that otherwise often lags behind in terms of digitization.

Read the first 2 reviews (Andrew Ben and Andrius Bendikas). The saga continues as now I'm forced to pay over 4.400 kr to Danske bank for tinglysning and interest rate for the loan I cancelled a few weeks ago, yet they still registered the loan 2 weeks later under their name and sent me the money:
Why should I pay 4400kr because you guys couldn’t cancel the loan in time and stop the transfer, as well as tinglysning and interest rate?
1. I have cancelled the loan on the 16th of MAY as I have received no loan to begin with. See 1st screenshot.
2. The car loan suddenly got registered to you on the 2nd of June, nearly 2 weeks AFTER I requested the cancellation due to not receiving the loan. See 2nd screenshot.
3. On 3rd of June I got a transfer for the loan made, which is 2 weeks+ after the cancellation of the loan AND 2 weeks after I have already bought the car myself without your "help". 3rd screenshot.
4. On 10th of June I'm told I have to pay 4.400+ kr for tinglysning and interest?
I'm not certain if I'm being punked but paying 4.400 kr for wasting tens of hours of my time, not receiving the loan, having to buy the car by myself, borrow from a friend (so I could get the car) and getting Nordea to sort it out within 1 day, and still dealing with you guys for weeks afterwards, is not a good value proposition.
I'll forward this to some lawyers and media, see if anyone is interested in bothering with this (probably not, given the reputation of the bank). Every email I receive not solving the issue will also continue as a new review here.

Read Andrew Ben's review from May. I have cancelled the loan cause I didn't get the money (full story in that review).
Cancelled the loan on May 16th (Nordea sorted it out within the same day cause they have people that are competent and they care about the customers).
2 weeks pass by and f.. Danske Bank transfers the money and makes the loan for me. Absolute insanity.
I asked where do I transfer the money back as I cancelled the loan in writing, do not need it, and they're crazy.
I got a reply explaining to me what kind of car I bought and what website I used to sign up for the loan. And they had hoped that clarifies it.
I've talked with 6-7 people there and not a single person was able to answer any question about anything besides repeating the same nonsense. Is passing a kindergarten not a requirement for a job anymore or what's the case?
Anyway, I'd run from Danske Bank and Nordania as far away as possible if given a chance.

This is absolutely impossible to deal with. It took 11 days to:
1. Not get the loan from you guys.
2. I had to borrow privately and pay for it with my own money, in full.
3. If it was just you, the car would've been sold to someone else.
4. Even after getting a confirmation from Jyske finans that they have received the payment FROM ME for the loan, and now the debt is 0, it takes up to 10 days to see it removed from PANT, you were still not able to pay.
5. I managed to get Nordea to sort this out within 1.5 days, with all payments made and everyone happy.
This has been the absolute worst customer service and experience in 15 years of dealing with banks, and running multiple companies for the past 5 years while working with many banks.
Absolute horrible waste of time.
I canceled the non-existent "car loan" as there are banks that actually want customers and can handle basic stuff like this with 0 issues and at a reasonable speed.
I will also be moving my house mortgage and bank loans as soon as possible. Not that it matters to you but whatever.

unfortunately, but I have a bad experience with the service of this bank, I waited over a week for the loan to be granted. They answered e-mails once a day, and it was not comprehensive, and when calling the hotline, I heard the answer I don't know how I can help you, write a message we will reply to you within a few days. I was very disappointed, because I had previous experience with other banks, without any problems.

Frictionless leasing of a Kia Ceed.
This was my first time to lease a car so I didn’t really know what to expect when it came to the return evaluation.
However, the inspector at FDM Hillerød was friendly and fair in his examination of the car.

Honestly, I read so many bad experiences on handing over the car and inspection in general.
I did take care of the car, parked it in private garages, wash and cleaned it professionally ( yeah the 2000dkk deep clean in, tapestry and out package) and whatever was wrong (deep scratches) replaced them (at the dealership service, keeping all invoices and everything done in the glovebox) before getting to the inspection so I don't get over-charged, but I still could not sleep for days after reading so many reviews.
At the inspection everything went absolutely great. I took 1000 pictures from reading other inspections, but it wasn't necessary. At the handover they found only normal wear on the car after 3 years of leasing, and nothing to fix. It was expected some discolouration and wear here and there. Everything else was either brand new fixed in the dealer's service or in perfect state.
I handed over the car how I received it, similar to brand-new.
It wasn't cheap to get it in that state but doing it before the inspection I think saved me from a big invoice and bad experience. My evaluation invoice was 0.
I believe it is subjective the "fair" part, as a business they have to sell the car as a perfect used vehicle. Therefore when delivering the car, and they do look for absolutely everything, make sure you deliver a car you would buy yourself at market value of a perfect used vehicle.
I did expect the worst. But I was wrong.

After 2.5 years I returned my car through Bilsag. I received the report 1 week later and there was a deduction because I was missing the service history document. I reached to Nordania and they quickly responded and asked me to get the service document from the manufacturer service shop and send it to them. I did it and they fixed the issue only in 10 minutes. Michael from Customer Service was extremely helpful and solution-oriented. Overall I had a smooth and good experience with Nordania.

Applied few days ago for car financing and after 4 working days no one bothered to check the application or make a decision on it. This is happening while the other financing institutions like Santander gives response within an hour. It's really disappointing ! I even cannot call you with the provided number, as I have to listen to your holing music forever. It's an absolute unfortunate that my dealership only works with you!
We returned our car after the Lease expired in perfect condition, all repairs completed and professionally cleaned. They reported two scratched, of which there were none and are charging us 3,393dkr. I have taken photos of the car and there are no scratches.

I leased a car last year through Volkswagen, which was handled by Nordania leasing.
8 months after returning the car, I was contacted by phone by an employee who informed me that I had received a sum of money in error, that had been paid to me twice. I was due two payments after my leasing contract had ended (one for mileage, one for the last month of leasing which was to be returned to me), so I had received these two amounts in good faith.
I do not mind returning money that does not belong to me.
What I do mind is being contacted by phone by someone claiming to be from Nordania, with no means of verifying this. When I asked how I knew this was an authentic call, the employee replied "I am calling from Nordania", which is hardly enough to convince me it was not a hoax.
This employee did not have my e-mail address, was not prepared to send any written information on the matter, and only did so on my request. Their name does not appear on Google when looking up Nordania employees.
Secondly, I find it unsettling that a company would have so little insight into their own accounts, that a deficit of 4000 kr can go undetected for 8 months.
All in all, I do not trust this company to handle my money in the future and would advise against using their services.

Just finished a 3 year leasing contract with Nordania and I advise others to avoid this company as they will try and take as much money from you as possible and give nothing in return.
I leased a car directly at Audi DK only to realize that the actual contract is done with this Nordania. Nordania during the contract was never available for help and always sent me to talk to Audi or the insurance company who then always pointed back to Nordania. Nordania only cares about your monthly payments.
At the end of the 3 years comes the big surprise. Nordania hires a different company to inspect your car and they make sure to invent damages that dont exist. My car had zero damages apart from what is normal for a car that has been out 3 years. They invent a huge bill to pay for scratches the naked eye cant see (they use a white paint product to show these). Then the insurance that I paid for 3 years to cover ALL damages says that is not fully covered and i have to pay half.
SO Nordania receives payment for 3 years of using a car. Gives no assistance, and then charges you extra because the car doesnt look like the day it got out of the factory!
