I tried out the 7 day trial starting on December 1st and today December 8th i was suddenly subscriped to a yearly subscription without any notice, it doesn't even work for me and i have no clue on what to do now, there isnt even a place for me to cancel and when i tried contacting them it says that i dont have a subject even though there isnt a place to put the subject, in the end i had to contact my credit card company and i tried to text them through their esports team email.
Update december 9th : very fast to refund given a email saying it will be back in 5-10 days very satisfied with the respond time and the honesty hopefully my money will be back soon

I wanted to try it out for the free trial to see if it helps me.
And what do u think not only that i had 20 extra ping but it still tries to charge me after i went on the site and tried to cancel it but no use because almost nothing on that site works only the page where u put ur card and download so please noping cancel my subscription or respond to my email (it was my email but they want me to delete it)
Update: Only if u write an review on trust pilot will they cancel your subscription.... Unexpected Charge
I was charged for a full year this morning after a trial that I did not want to continue. I’ve tried to message for a refund, but the live customer support chat isn’t working.

Hello, this is not true, our software does not modify anything in the game therefore it does not cause any type of ban, you must have used some other external tool installed on your computer that has no relation to NoPing.
