NONIC no nicotine vape starter pack is not worth it - dont waste your money
CPA refund requested – no response from Nonic
I bought a product from Nonic starter pack(Cape Town–based) and paid R1,395 via EFT. The item was defective
I reported the defect within 7 days and formally requested a refund in terms of Sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act. I have since been ignored, despite follow-up emails.
No phone number or alternative contact method is provided. I am now escalating the matter via consumer authorities.
