Please do not use this company. They never pick up the phone, return emails or answer the chat on line. However they are quick enough to take your payment!
I have give 1 star but thats only because they dont have a - star rating.
Payed for a next day delivery 2 days later im still waiting!

Quick delivery of some bird spikes for a gutter. I took ages to get round to fitting them but did so today and they are great 👍

Ordered 5 Dec , no delivery by 19 Dec, promised to chase carrier and update me. Dozens of calls are unanswered, messages unanswered, emails ignored, chat help is a joke.

Similar experience with their parent company Murrell Trading International.
Has No More Birds gone bust?

I placed and order on Monday 7th July and did not receive a confirmation of the order. I read the reviews and thought the worst. I spoke with Zara and received my order on 9th. Excellent customer service and would use again.

Order arrived (ordered on the 20th of June), however I have been trying to get the invoice (8th July!!!!) which they never send. It takes many calls, emails, voicemails just to be ignored! And when i do get hold of them on the phone, they say that they send the invoice right away, but they never do!! Bad customer service! They ignore customers!! Very annoyed with them!
CORRECTION: The invoice was sent this morning (10/07) by Zara, who has always looked after my orders before and she has always been the only one to be fair.

Amazing customer service! Ordered last minute and received the next day. Great quality spikes too. Very happy customer... will be returning :-)

I ordered gutter bird spikes with clips, they arrived very quickly, were great quality and very easy to fit. I would buy from this seller again.

Placed order on 8/10/24 for 2 Hawk scarer kits
Did not arrive , called shop and young lady said it was stuck with the parcel courier ,she would chase it up and call back . We have not heard anything since , tried calling , emailing and the contact form .
We will now be looking to the small claims court to get our money back unless my parcel miraculously appears !!
Update -I have managed to get a hold of Zara today who apologized profusely and is sending the kites out this week with a different delivery company .

Fantastic product in Eco packaging And outstanding customer service. The product was easy to install and works brilliantly and the after sales customer service was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company and buy from them again

Excellent Service- simple procedure- go to the website buy the product at a great price and it is delivered the next day with no fuss!!!

Ordered £44 worth of stuff. They say delivery was declined. Rubbish - we have cameras at front of house and no delivery was attempted. Initially they said the would resend but over a month later and dispite several emails chasing the, NOTHING. Its a scam. No not trust this company.

Avoid. Great looking website but then you order, don’t get the product you ordered and no reply to emails or the constant answerphone

As like other reviews I also ordered from this company on 28th July. Nothing delivered and no response to emails or request for refund. Just took my money and ran off. Avoid these crooks at all costs. I will report you as a frauds to PayPal

I’m an existing client of Zara’s/NoMore/Birds and continue to receive excellent service and good quality nets and fittings. Zara has continued to provide us with excellent advice and all the ancillary products needed using extremely efficient delivery services.
Our Blueberry Plantation started in 2021 and has grown steadily and NoMoreBirds are regarded as our netting expert suppliers. I have and will continue to recommend her to my fellow farmer and plantation owners.

No more birds are one of the most helpful companies that I have personally dealt with, there has been last minutes requests from our company Blara Safety Uk Ltd for next day delivery.

I have had no bad experiences regarding deliveries or even the materials are all boxed and marked up for you.

On the first occasion i only sent the sizes of the works we were carrying out and Zara explained exactly what we required.

On another occasion we did not take enough materials with us to site while working nights, I phoned no more birds whom, went out there way to assist on a delivery up north to a railway station for the following day. This delivery was imperative for ourselves completing the project.

Materials got delivered next day and we completed the works on time.

We ordered a netting kit and received delivery with a couple days which was great. However, we had to change something and this time it took almost 2 weeks, this I believe was due to an issue at Royal Mail's side which is a courier problem not No More Birds problem. I was kept updated with any query and they were very helpful. would use again.

We had an urgent requirement for bird netting to protect AV equipment whilst being installed at an airport.
With bird netting not being our forte, the supplier was more than helpful in guiding us to what we needed.
Dispatched the goods same day.

We are a large estate in Thorncombe Street Bramley and have purchased many orders from no more birds ALL of which have been delivered before the due date with very a friendly professional service I couldn't recommend this company enough. Very reliable always quick to respond to any queries. Great company

I have used no more birds for the past 2 years. They have always give me a 5 star service, quick delivery and great communication. There products are always in stock and everything is of top quality. I will continue using these guys for the foreseeable future.
