I didn't have much luck with them

Unfortunately I didn't have much luck with them. Maybe they are good but I didn't even get a response back after sending them a full breakdown of what I wanted. I'm big on customer service, and if I can't get through first stage then I don't want to continue and risks delays later. Yes you did respond but only after I sent an email inquiring about my last email. You guys didn't respond at all to tell me you couldn't help me which could have saved me time and just gone to another company. That was poor customer service.
