DO NOT BUY rubber BOOTS FROM this COMPANY!!!!!
I bought an original pair 2 years ago - they lasted about 7 months before the rubber started separating from the the other material on the boots- i called and they replaced them - i didn't wear the replacement pair till last fall - the second pair lasted less than 5 months!!! Take it for what it is worth- a waist of money!!!!

I have a pair of the Arctic boots good to -60 degrees. Very warm, comfortable. But now after 3 yr. the rubber is cracking and de-laminating and I have holes in them where the water runs in. The company said oh it's wear tear you should have put olive oil on them to keep the rubber from drying out . I say cheap rubber and poor laminating.

Purchased one of thier zip up hoodies. Many strings came out of it. Burned some and had a couple fixed. Did a warrenty claim for that issue. Nice jacket good sizing. Nice material. They sent a replacement. Much better.

Pants are very durable and comfortable. They do hold stains like no other material I've used. The customer service is nonexistent and the "free knee pads" they offer never came and I bought them 3 months ago with the promise of 3 to 6 weeks.

bought a new pair of muds-stormsplitter boots. Love the boots but one had a defect and split shortly after I bought them. customer service was excellent, friendly, fast to respond. Thank you Stephanie Van Evera for helping me with the warranty claim and sending out a new pair so quickly. Great customers service and they back their product. Love the boots, even purchased another pair since.

Bought insulated overalls for farm

Not doing heavy tasks, mainly sitting in tow motor.

Main zipper failed after a month. Not worth fixing and will never but again

Ordered an item at 10pm on Cyber Monday, and it was delivered less than 48 hours later -- very good response time in normal circumstances, but this was in the midst of one of the biggest online sales events of the year! Lovely riding gear. Breeches and riding tights (fantastic in the Summer) that stretch with you and you don’t get that restricted feeling you get with most women’s riding jods. Softshell breeches with fleece lining. Just bought a pair. Gorgeous. And the best service I have ever experienced in online retail. Turned an exchange round in 48 hours. Brilliant.

Bought several items from them now both for my horses and me. All excellent products, fast delivery and on time. Love their balance riding tights . Highly recommended .

I bought the "wave fork" from Go Outdorrs (for mucking out horses) and it is light, well built, and works very well. I noticed a small clip was missing and 2 of the prongs were slightly bent because of the way it had been stored in the shop. I emailed the company and they immediately sent replacements which arrived the next day. No questions, no fuss just great service. Really pleased that some companies still value their customers.
