Their items have cheap material, lazy stitching, uneven button holes and only size tags. So yes, you will be overpaying.
Their website also claims 14 day return “no questions asked” but good luck getting a response, let alone a return address or refund.

Urgent: unacceptable customer service and unresolved return requests
This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had, and that is deeply disappointing because this situation could still be resolved easily with proper communication.
I have contacted this company repeatedly regarding the return of two orders within the legal return period. I exercised my right of withdrawal clearly and in writing. I provided all requested details when asked. Since then, I have received no meaningful response, no return address, no instructions, and no follow-up at all.
At this point, I am formally requesting that the company immediately stops ignoring my emails and starts engaging in proper email communication to resolve this matter. The lack of response is unacceptable and creates unnecessary pressure and frustration for the customer.
I am ready to return the items immediately and complete this process in a correct and orderly way. This can still be resolved quickly if the company takes responsibility and contacts me by email without further delay.
This review is written as an urgent call to action. I strongly advise potential customers to be cautious, as any issue requiring customer support appears to be handled extremely poorly.
I still hope this matter will be resolved properly, but only if communication improves immediately.

They have no contact number for customer services and they do not read you emails explaining a situation so you repeat yourself over and over ! Been dealing with multiple customer service representatives on the same issue all asking me to repeat myself for 2 months

Beware, complete scam company!! Received so called cashmere jumpers, there's no cashmere found in them. After contacting the company to return the items (website states free returns), they tell you to send the items to China at your own expense! Poor quality!!! I was very disappointed as it looked so Beautiful online. I was there just to buy the cashmere cardigan as a Christmas present and ended up buying more items as they looked great!
The products received do not match the material descriptions on the website:
TOFO – Short-Sleeved Swim Set: The shirt is advertised as a cotton and linen blend. The garment label states 100% polyester, and the fabric does not resemble cotton or linen in any way. The shorts are advertised as polyester blend, they are only polyester!
Machu Picchu Shirt: Also advertised as a cotton and linen blend, yet the garment label again states there is no linen and in fact polyester and cotton. I have asked for a refund. It looks like they are based in Asia , now i have looked further into it,

SCAM website. Bought a set of cashmere hat, scarf and gloves. What I received was not branded, low quality, wrong color and clearly cheap chinese products that I could easily buy on shein for 10£ instead of the 100£ that I paid. When I asked to return the order, they are not answering and not providing a method or possibility of return even though the website clearly states returns and refunds are possible. I will report them and try to block their website so that others don’t have to go through the same experience as me. What a SCAM!!!!

I have just bought a jogging combo and I have asked to return the product. I have no answer from the Noba team since several days, the support seems to be an IA robot with no satisfactory answer. Such a merchant is a scam and doesn’t seem to comply with the consumer code. To be avoided at any cost. The top and trousers are made of two different materials, and everything seems to be anything but merino wool. I ordered a size L, but the top is at most a size M, while the trousers are huge, at least an XL.
The garment is of very poor quality, €143 wasted.

Correspondence from them was don’t worry it is on its way, then communication stopped from them…. It is very small in size, has no button holes. Extremely late and certainly not in the correct size either
I ordered items for my husband on 12/10/25 which should have arrived before Xmas or at least by his birthday. They did not arrive until after the New Year. Then they were useless. Not high quality, but worse, so tiny they would not qualify as a size small in a men's size, and certainly not the sizes "extra large" that I ordered. No labels to even show the size but I took photos with a measuring tape, waist was like 27 inches wide! Leg inseam like 25 inches long- really for a child not an adult! I have been contacting the company for a week an still no return instructions or refund. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card if no response by Thursday.
Here is my response to NOBA reply: amazing how quickly NOBA was able to respond to this review but it takes more than a week to "approve" a return/refund request when they delivered a tiny child size outfit for an extra large man. I sent photos with a measuring tape showing how small. What is the delay?

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I ordered two sizes for comparison - but both items measured the same. Neither item had any care or size labels. I emailed customer support with details, photos etc and asking for returns information as I wanted a refund - only to receive several stalling emails back from them - without any returns information! - until their 14 day Return period expired and they said it was too late to return the items. I pointed out that, under UK distance selling laws, I had 14 days to request a refund and a further 14 days to return the goods - they still refused to send return information but repeated their 14-day policy. So clearly they have no regard for the law. Anyone caught out by them needs to take it up with their credit card company - Martin Lewis website also has useful information as to how to get your money back.

I placed an order on a Saturday morning before doing my research on the company. Within hours I asked to cancel my order. I was told the items had already been shipped. But, upon checking the tracking, I saw (and screenshotted) that this was not the case. I followed up and was told that no, in fact, the items were not going out until next week. In the meantime, I read about wait times that are up to a month long. So this company is run by liars. In the meantime, I ordered my cashmere sets from another reputable brand and am excited about that. I'll take this issue up directly with Amex and will proceed with refuting the charges. This place is sketchy. Stay away.
