I was looking for the RC sterndrives (not a cheap item) so you'd think they would value the business. Hopeless .. quick reply on the online chat and a promise to get someone to respond, but after that, nothing despite follow up emails chasing for replies.
I’ve used Noah’s RC Ark Ltd on several occasions and found them quite good on price and delivery.But my last few times things have changed they don’t keep the website up to date (April and May 2026 ) my last 3 purchases have been a nightmare stuff I’ve ordered which shows in stock they haven’t got . When you try to ring them no body answer the phone the message they leave says someone will ring you back which they never do . The last order I had with them I never got a dispatch notice so after 6 day wait I asked for a refund no response. I ordered another from somebody else and got delivered in 4 days .The ordered from Noah’s ark turned up out of the blue 8days later .I just cannot be bothered to return it .This company has gone down hill over last few months I won’t be useing them any more
