Great service excellent product

Looks quality. Havent used it yet but Im sure it will work great.

Product advertised was a 5D night light projector which show space and ocean views so I bought some for my grandkids. Couldn't be more disappointed. Do Not trust what you think you are buying cause you probably aren't.

If I could I would give nmorethan no stars, it's one total scam do not buy anything from this site. I saw on Facebook some really cool Dinosaur costumes so thought I'd get them for my Grandchildren, well that was back in August. You get notifications saying there is a shipping update so you feel something is happening. It's not. It's the end of December now and quess what - no delivery, I've asked for a full refund, let's see how I get on, not holding out much. This company is BAD, BAD, BAD!

A complete scam!
The product I ordered never arrived, emailing customer service doesn't produce any results.

I'd like to give zero stars! My shipment has never arrived! The tracking history is very suspicious, and every time I write to them, the shipment tracking indicates some form of processing immediately, and then nothing for another week until I write again...it's a scam!

Extremely poor service

Another person who they sent the wrong product to and wants me to pay to return it and won't refund the money. Who can I contact to report their dishonest practices

They are so dishonest, they sent the wrong item, they asked for photos to verify, then the offered a pathetic part refund, wont send correct item, wont refund, they are dishonest scammers, crazy if you deal with them, DONT DEAL WITH THEM!!! Mark.

They suck and send you what you didn’t order then offer you piss poor refund of a portion of what you paid stay away from them

Sent the wrong product; advised I was responsible for return shipping costs despite their mistake. After lots of back n forth with their idiotic meaningless rhetoric they reduced the charge to my CC $17 if I would keep the product, which meant I paid $40 for $10 worth of an item I didn’t order. Believe this is a Chinese-based operation excelling in fraud & deception

Did not send the correct item ordered, contacted them, no satisfaction.

This company is running a fraudulent operation. Do not do business with them. They will advertise one product, deliver a much cheaper and totally different product, then offer to refund less than $10 on a $40 purchase.

Bait and switch. Nut driver set is total fraud! No sockets, no case, just some inexpensive cheap bits. Totally false advertising!

Ordered a knife and they would not cancel my order,told me to wait until arrives the the telling me that it’s to late to cancel now

The nut-driver set does not include nut-drivers. Ordered the nut driver set. Shows a impressive set and case but they have a vague disclaimed saying something about not including everything. So bait & switch, you get less than $5 worth of screwdriver bits. Scam.

I bought the socket set and they never delivered the product. had to cancel my credit card. its been 3 weeks and no communication. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered the nut driver set as advertised on you tube. The order clearly shows the order was for a nut drivers. What I got was bits for an impact driver. On inquiring I was offered a $2 US compensation. This is a complete rippoff by people NOT supplying what you order and pay for, instead trying to fob you off.

My TV back light came without a plug/power adaptor so am unable to use it. Customer service is terrible and refuse to rectify the problem.
Was offered 12 US Dollers which I only accepted after they refused on numerous occasions to send me a plug and told me to return the item to China at my own expense.
I am still waiting for this 12 dollers
and have been totally ignored when asking where it is.
Would not recommend this shower of S""t to any one
