I ordered some Mr Natty Beard Elixir just before Christmas, and although the product was out of stock the communication from Niven and Joshua throughout the process was spot on. My order arrived a few days after christmas, and it's great. It was well packaged, smells great and works well too. :-)> Will definitely order some more from them in the future.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Niven & Joshua. Only ordering items three days before christmas for a Christmas Gift I was dubious about receiving them on time however all the products arrived next day as promised. Very impreessed with the communication regarding deleivery as well. Will be using you again !

I think the product descriptions need to be improved a bit. Whilst the company was great, the wax I bought was horrible!

good products, fast delievery and fair prices

Received a somewhat less than veiled hint my son in law badly wanted this Christmas box of male goodies from Niven and Joshua for his pressie. So I ordered and the box arrived quickly, in pristine condition. That is as much as I can say at this date. Oh, and I also included on the order a tin of Burt's Bees hand salve, to get the pp free..(My hands do tend to get dry and cracked in winter, especially after a hard day of digging up the turnips, followed by bringing in the cod, then mending the nets, then finishing the day by ploughing a few fields.)

Went to this company when Mankind let me down with delivering my hanz de fuko products. N&J were much better, they took a little time to process the order but delivered on time, and with a free sample.
Keep up the good work.
