The Hawk Night Fall watch is an outstanding piece and am quite pleased with it. Even with my less than stellar elderly eyesight I have zero problem seeing the T100 tritium illuminated hands and hour markers.

It is great to see the partnership between Clipper - Yacht Racing & Nite Watches . I have a special commemorative watch with my particular Yacht engraved. Great to have this personal touch. Purchased a watch at the website price… transaction not honoured by Nite
Purchased a watch at the website price receipt for payment issued and delivery confirmed then received a note from the company stating that there had been an issue with the price which they would no longer offer but they would send me the watch if i paid an additional £100.I refused this offer and sought to discuss alternatives but they refused to discuss this matter with me a refunded my payment against my wishes as this was a present. i have previuosly purchased a another model and had no issues with this company.They refused to contact me to discuss this in person, which i believe is the only way to resolve disputes of this nature.

We would like to clarify the facts surrounding this order.
The pricing email issued was sent in error and related to a balance payment for a pre order watch rather than a confirmed discounted sale. Although an order was received it was not accepted or fulfilled and was withdrawn promptly once the error was identified.
In line with UK consumer law a contract is only formed once an order is accepted. As acceptance did not occur and a full refund was issued immediately no financial loss was incurred.
A discounted purchase option was offered purely as a goodwill gesture and not as an obligation. As this offer was declined the matter was concluded with a refund.
We regret the disappointment caused by this error and acknowledge the inconvenience however we acted promptly transparently and in good faith throughout. We remain committed to fair and ethical business practices and have offered a goodwill discount on a future purchase should you wish to shop with us again.

Service here has fallen off the cliff. Very sad. Sent my watch in for service, last time very quick turnaround. This time, a few days short of a month. Misleading emails, and you now need to download yet another app to your phone to see whats happening. The app shows despatch waiting for details, when it has even been serviced. Unlikely to use again, suspect its now all about sales, as they are heavily advertising on sm, rather than after service. Oh well was good while it lasted.

Hi Nick, thank you for your feedback though, we are somewhat disappointed with your comments, to clarify - your watch arrived with us on 5/1/26, the workshop reopened on 7/1/26 after the Xmas holiday, your requested service was dealt with within the timeframe we use for Service work, there is always a few days lapse where emails are waiting to be answered and instruction given, no work is started without prior agreement and payment. Your watch was passed out and returned to you on the 22nd which is 11 working days. We apologies if you do not think this is suitable but it is stated in the watch receipt confirmation sent out that it takes 7-14 days dependant on how busy the workshop is. Looking at the email communication trail, all the communication is clear and concise, as were your responses and instruction to carry out the Service. We take our Customer Service very seriously as it is the very foundation of our business and aim to resolve any matter brought to our attention as quickly as possible. On dispatch we send you a Royal Mail tracking number which can be tracked online, there is no need to download the app unless you wish to. We are sorry that your Customer experience did not meet your expectation, whilst Sales are important to any business, our ultimate aim is to have happy returning Customers. Many thanks

I sent my mx10 back for repair after it was butchered
by a local high street jeweller attempting a battery change.
I contacted nite customer service who provided a very reasonable price for the repair.The repair was carried out swiftly and on return a minor issue with the strap was also speedily resolved.
Throughout dealing and communication with customer service has been a positive and rewarding experience - Thankyou Nite

Really great company to deal with. The watches themselvs are very nicely made (really stunning) but the communication and care and responsiveness from Nite is excellent. I am a returning customer after exactly ten years and previous watch is still going strong and in top condition (I fancied the new model rather than replacing a battery).

They were able to replace the battery and service my watch all within the short time scale I had,but I would have given them 5 stars if I had been able to talk direct either someone in the work shop rather than emailing and waiting for a reply
