I was searching online for the cheapest Viridian B12 liquid drops. Then I remembered Nirvana Health which is a short bus ride away. Their prices were just as competitive as other online retailers, but worked out even cheaper as there’s no postage to pay. I was served by the nicest and most helpful people. I will definitely be shopping there again.

I ordered the Mushrooms for Life Lion's Mane Powder that was clearly pictured. Instead I was sent the 'Lion's Mane focus' powder, which is a cheaper, lower potency product. I emailed Nirvana Health to see about rectifying the issue but recieved no response within a week. Watch out because it seems this may be an unscrupulous and disingenuous retailer rather than it having been an accident.

Used Nirvana Health multiple times - easy to use and deliveries are trackable - reliable in that they do exactly as advertised - will continue to use them again and again.

Don’t use this company! Awful service and man shouting down the phone that his going to be out of pocket! Didn’t ever have the product I purchased, so gave me less and charged me more for them, knowone contacted me to ask me if this was ok/or if I wanted a full refund, which I would of preferred! As the bigger sizes they pretended to have on there website that have since been taken down and much more economical and therefore cheaper per capsule! I was forced to have what he decided I was going to have! So I have taken out a full dispute claim with PayPal. I would never use this company again! So much aggro and stress for what should be a simple transaction. Be careful they send you anything they want, instead of what you actually ordered!

I've been a regular customer to their shop for 10 plus years. Always helpful and friendly, and a great selection of organic foods, health supplements and advice. Heartily recommend!

I have to say this company went the full 9 yards for us, after not receiving our package I contacted them and had a reply to say Royal Mail may have lost our package, I admit I was a bit on the defensive as we have all heard those excuses. They gave me the tracking number and it appeared they were correct. And that's on me to apologise My order was 20 boxes of a certain tea that I drink and it's basically the only hot drink I have along with water. They then said they only had a remaining 6 in stock, so I requested they send them to me. I had an email then to say they had reordered stock and I would receive my package asap. I have just opened the package and I am both relieved and delighted. Thank you, Nirvana

I was not at all impressed with my first (and last) on line order with this company. Item was shown as in stock and I received an order confirmation. A couple of hours later I received a dispatch confirmation. After a week I hadn't received my item, contacted them and they confirmed that it hadn't been dispatched because it wasn't in stock after all. They said they would refund me but nothing arrived. Eventually I had to make a Paypal claim for a refund. Very disappointed with the service.

Just went in and there were 3 members of staff who completely ignored me when I needed help. Two were behind tills, one on phone other on computer and the lady stacking shelves. This is not first time and you would think considering they are ALWAYS empty when I walk past they would need the business. Will not be shopping here EVER again.

Love the big range of organic health products, especially the delicious flavoured stevia liquids! Great customer service too :) keep up the good work!
