All we received was great,
Great venue, place - location, mechanics, souvenirs, food and recovery … all nothing but good memories

IM California event was handled very well by Nirvana - Mark and team did a great job !

Attention to details. Kamie is genuinely friendly with always a smile on her face. The mechanics were patient and helpful as my husband was having a medical emergency that weekend and I needed help with my bike.
Definitely would work with them again traveling to a race.

I signed up for the Nirvana experience. The cheapest option because all the general were sold out. I was looking forward to the experience. But it was no different to any other race. Nobody working with ironman seamed to know what the Nirvana wristband was. Felt like a fool showing it in the end. Thought at least it would include pre and post race recovery e.g compression socks, massage... All I really got for €300 was my medal ingraved.

I’m really comfortable traveling with my bike solo, but the Nirvana+T100 deal sounded great and it made the trip super easy. The instructions where to meet at the airport were clear and eliminated the need to rent a car. Great experience!

Had a great experience traveling to Las Vegas and around the area, hotel stay went super smooth and the race event was great.

Couldn't have a better experience for my first full IM. The best part was helping transport the bike to the race, building the bike in the hotel, and repacking the bike at the end of the race while I was on the run. The team was also available to answer any questions I had. I would use this service again for sure and enjoyed meeting the team.

Nirvana handled our travel, accommodation and event arrangements for the recent World Triathlon Championships in Spain and were efficient, flexible and very very helpful under some pretty trying circumstances. I would like to give thanks to the team based at the Hotel Miramar in Malaga they were Leah, Harvey, Sean and Rob.

Come across the Nirvana brand a lot while watching Ironman livestream but first time using it when taking part the IM Barcelona. When we arrived our bikebox was nowhere to be seen and it took us almost two hours to locate it (but thank God it was not missing). Understandably the original transfer had to leave as there were other clients. However the person in charge of this Barcelona project, Mr Jacob Carr, drove all the way from Calella to pick us up personally!!!
The night before (after 11pm) we left we were notified
by BA that our flight was cancelled for some absurd reasons and another earlier flight was arranged. We notified Mr Carr and he responded almost immediately. He helped us rescheduled the airport transfer and we were finally able to return home safely.
Have already entered same race next year and will certainly use Nirvana again.

This was the first time I had the Nirvana Experience with the Essential package for NY 70.3
First/ Nirvana was very accommodating in the transfer of my package twice! From previous events I was unable to compete in due to injury!
Even though the 70.3 was relatively a local event for me I was very happy with the perks!
Especially the bike assistance and onsite tour
The Nirvana manager was awesome!
The only negative was I did not know when the early store shopping was ( wasn’t a big issue though) and access to the streamlined swim start was difficult - so I did not use it
Some of this was due to the bad weather we had and the logistics/ crowd at the swim start so I self seeded which honestly worked out better for me
I was very happy with the service and purchased it again for my Ironman in 2025

This was the 3rd time using Nirvana Europe services , I’ve used them at the Texas & Chattanooga Ironman in 2023.

This time I purchased one of their enhanced athlete package for the Nice World Championship.

After purchasing the package , I got email updates about the upcoming race related events, and had opportunity to book a time slot for my bike service etc.

For Nice , we had a few really useful events. One of them was the full bus tour of the bike course. The guide we had was really good. He pointed out little things what to look out for on race day , so we knew that we are close to the top of a climb for example.

There was also a practice swim and run session with them.

We had great seating at the pre race banquet and also post race.

Was able message my race manager with any kinds of race questions.

They also offered mechanical services in transition on race morning. Which was great. Good to have the bike check over pre race.

As I said , Nice was my 3rd package with Nirvana. All 3 was exceptional, will definitely sign up again.

Sean and team saw to every detail. When the Mechanic was held up coming from New Zealand they worked all night to ready the bikes. Transport was arranged at every step and athletes were aided with every step. I prefer using Nirvana as doing it totally on my own was stressful. This is the best way. See everyone in Pontevedra.

Nirvana helps fill in the blanks for all logistics concerns you may have. Their services allow you to feel at ease and focus on the finer details ahead of your race to avoid becoming overstressed. The Nirvana team collaborates nicely, always having somebody available as a sounding board. Nirvana is rooting for you when it counts the most.

I was very impressed with the ability and flexibility of Nirvana to meet the unique needs of my party. They made what could have been a very stressful experience into a thoroughly enjoyable one. Thank you Nirvana.

Great service and friendly staff from start to finish. All of the Nirvana staff were really friendly and helpful, we were kept fully informed all the time and made the whole experience really good 👍🏻

I use Nirvana every time I travel for a race. Accommodations are convenient and bike mechanic services are hassle-free and provide peace of mind with no lines and great service. Most recently, I used the airport shuttle services in Nice, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. Nirvana helps take some of the logistical challenges of traveling off my plate, so I can focus my energy elsewhere.

First time using Nirvana and I am kicking myself for not using it sooner! Our contact on the ground was Chris and he was exceptional.
