I’ve been buying here for a short while, but I’ve always been pleasantly surprised to buy in such a fair price and always received my figures in excellent condition. The delivery time is always quite reasonable.

I have bought many figures through this fantastic website, and it is really helpful for me as a Mexican that most prices definitely are cheaper and better than USA websites for me, and I’m glad that their customer service has been really helpful in times where I needed it. The delivery price also excels and everything arrives just nicely protected. Couldn’t be more happier to be a customer here!

The website is very easy to use and easy to navigate on. The prices are amazing but can be a little expensive when the item has been released for a while but that doesn’t really bother me tho. The shipping is amazing, very fast and very efficient. Sadly the tariffs I have in my country hold me back from making purchases all the time but when I do I all ways get the best service. I got the revoltech symbiote spiderman and ts is gas. It also got shipped mad quick. It came with two normal heads and no angry head, but thats the mfs in japans fault ig… went through customer support and they said they couldn’t get me my replacement head but thats #fairs

With all do respect I apologize for being so rude at the beginning for sending me the wrong order. I know it was a mistake just be careful next time, people Nin-Nin Game is a really good company they send me the wrong figure. But the good part they where still able to send me what I order and let me keep the wrong order they send me like say sorry to me I for gave Nin-Nin Game. They are really really professional by there mistakes and wait times it's because Nin-Nin Games has so many orders it can get really confusing for anyone working on getting the right orders done correctly. So dont worry people and there figures are real no imitation figures all sealed fresh out the box for making up to me Nin-Nin Games I give a 5 star rating heres some pictures of my self holding the correct order very very sat I highly recommend believe me guys we are not all perfect what we do at time. I will be ordering again thank you Japan I love you guys I hope I go visit and come back home what so many figures.

I pre-ordered a 350 dollars item, after the payment was made, they sent a notification saying that an government issued ID was required. I took my time since I had none, and they cancelled, they refunded the money by converting back to my currency, I lost conversion money in the process and did not get what I ordered

Second time buying from this e-shop and everything was GREAT as the first time. All the figures were well protected, shipping by sea was flawless and everything arrived in mint condition. The discounts on the figures were amazing and also they have rare figures for sale.
Last but not least, they really care for international customers, as an Italian I will ONLY buy from NinNin as I said in my previous review.

Shop with confidence. It's cool how they often have manufacturer exclusive parts for figures. I feel like this shop is overlooked compared to others, and is a great service.

The company wanted additional money days later for shipping which I already paid for. I won't be doing business with them ever again!

Could be perfect but there have been a couple of times where they added extra shipping costs very high! They should be calculating better before asking, that's not professional.
I have to add that the delivery time started isn't real (3-7 days started, it's 10 days and it's still in Japan). Still no answers.

Pre ordered a few items and it was all dispatched as soon as they arrived in stock and got here in 6 days using Fedex to UK, order was packaged well also. Happy with my purchase :)

I've been using Nin-Nin's services for a couple of years now, and little by little, I've replaced conventional Japanese stores like AmiAmi and Mandarake with them. Nowadays, almost all of my purchases are from Nin-Nin. You may ask, "What are the advantages?"
1. Availability of exclusive figures, even after they have sold out in most places. 2. Fast delivery with no problems during customs inspections. Now, this is definitely their best feature because they always have imports and customs regulations in mind, if you catch my drift. ;) Four, their soon-to-be-available feature is pretty cool. Their customer service is also excellent. They respond quickly and always resolve customer inquiries. Finally, they now have an unlimited warehouse service!
I almost forgot: Their loyalty points are not a joke, and you can actually get good discounts with them.

Recommended? Yes, without a doubt. ;)

They have an excellent selection of collectibles at very competitive prices. Service is always fast which shipping being even quicker. Would not go anywhere else for imports to the UK.
