Unfortunately, terrible experience

Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations of a global brand. The shoes we bought (size 10) for my son were far too narrow and we are trying to return them, but the return process is (purposely?) confusing. There is no paperwork included in the packaging and to return we need to set up a profile which does not recognize the guest purchase. Now I am waiting for a live person because the chatbot was useless (poor AI usage) it's been over 50 minutes with no response. This is not a 21st Century company, maybe the company should have remained in the 20th Century with its wares.

Ordered a pair of trainers and had to…

Ordered a pair of trainers and paid for delivery. Nike notified me that my parcel was ready for collection at a local pickup point, but when I arrived, the shop had no record of it because I never received a collection code from the delivery company. The link Nike provided took me to DHL, and even after 10 working days, there was still no update.

I ended up making two wasted trips to the shop. I then spent two hours on chat support, only to be told to contact the delivery company myself. Despite explaining that the number they gave me was incorrect, they became even more difficult to deal with.

When I asked to raise a complaint, they refused. So after two wasted journeys, two hours on chat, and a failed callback request, I still don’t have my product. Absolutely disgusting customer service with no way to escalate the issue to a complaints team.

I love their shoes design

I love their shoes design. Actually I always bought a pair of shoes whenever I have an extra money. I don't like to them is their after sales service.

Disgusting customer service

I’m writing this review as my sister has just told me, she sent back a few pairs of trainers and the most expensive pair (according to Nike) weren’t in the box. Now my sister isn’t short of a bob or two, buys huge amounts from Nike regularly. The parcel was weighed at the post office, exact correct weight yet they’re saying the box was empty. I came to Trustpilot thinking I’m going to be the minority and can’t believe this huge company have got such a low rating. What is going on, this is so wrong. They have now barred my sisters email address and will not discuss the matter further……disgusting, there must be youngsters that have saved birthday money or someone that’s bought a special treat, that have scrapped money together and get ripped off by a multi billion pound company. I’m shocked.

Great service

Recieved my order in 2 days. Everything was correct as I had to order 4 pairs of trainers. Sizes matched and so did the colours.

Nike, don't do it

Nike as a company is declining in almost all aspects.

Their shoe designs and products are uninspired, companies like addidas and new balance are doing much better in terms of design.

Their customer service on their website is terrible. Real people that type and spell like bots on their online chat service, providing no help.

Shipping and delivery will not be on time most likely. It does not matter if shipping is free for members on purchases over 50 dollars. If someone was to give me a sandwich that was spit in and tell me to be happy about recieving it because it was free why would I be happy. Just because shipping may be free (in certain circumstances) doesn't mean it can be unreliable.

Their athletic kits for proffesional athletes are lazy as well, no effort is put into making unique kits.

The resale market for Nike shoes is ridiculous. Not enough shoes are produced so that the prices can be artificially inflated.

Overall, Nike is dissapointing. Bad service, boring, ugly, and cheaply produced products, immoral actions.

Avoid them.

Disgusting company

Disgusting company. Returned faulty shoes. Despite them receiving my returned shoes they denied this and refuse to refund me. So I’m £240 down with no shoes. Awful customer service, with no way of escalating and speaking to the returns department. I’ve been a Nike customer for 10years and a keen runner. I’ll be using adidas/hoka/asics from now on because of the way I’ve been treated!

avoid

I bought £45 shorts online for my son's birthday. When I tried to return, I was told 30 day window had closed. I bought the shorts a month before his birthday because I can't afford to buy everything at once. The shorts were too small, still have tags on, never been worn. I ordered a larger pair, but Nike still wouldn't refund. They're penalising parents who need to budget. Not everyone can afford to splash out all at once. I won't shop with Nike again. I found customer services humiliating. I explained my finances and they still wouldn't refund.

Did you sell me some KNOCK-OFF?!

Did you sell me knock-off?? My wife and I buy matching shoes and our favorite to buy are Jordan retro 1s. She bought us a pair off Nike.com using the mobile app. And when they arrived I noticed that the colors were slightly different. Even the shape of shoe, the holes in the toe leather were different and the shoe string holes are different. I compared them to all my other retro Jordan 1s and none look like this pair. Even the feel of them were different. My wife, feeling bad about her decision showed me the receipt to prove her case. Now I’m feeling like Nike sold me some knock-offs 😤😡🤬

Terrible do not trust

My name is gianni almo
And I bought online 2 pairs of trainers worth nearly £600 and DPD accepted liability on an email stating the parcel was wrongly delivered & given 16 points to the driver for leaving my parcel unattended on my door step on a main road when it should have been signed for as the item was expensive.
I escalated the issue with NIKE and they denied a refund even though DPD have accepted liability.
So Advise to all buyers don’t buy online as Nike even with proof they will
Not refund nothing.
They have been rude and with all evidence they still won’t communicate with me and keep saying I won’t get a refund.
Your better off buying Nike trainers from other websites as you be covered incase items aren’t delivered.

Order not fulfilled

I placed an order for Football boots with nikestore.com Australia18th March and made several attempts to receive a tracking ID but not responded to. I have just been online and chatted with a customer service rep and apparently me order was "STUCK" and could not be fulfilled as there was NO STOCK now available and they have offered me a refund. This should of been advised before taking the order and payment! VERY poor Nike Store and the lack of communication from what I was assured was a reputable site to order Nike products from is disappointing. I actually feel scammed by this website! I have to wait 5 to 7 working days for a refund, if it comes at all!

Insulted at Nike Factory shop, Manchester Fort

This was at the Nike factory shop Manchester Fort, and resulted in my wife and I ditching the shoes that we had intended to buy. At around 4:45pm today March 29th we were waiting in line to pay when a tall guy came down the store and switched on a terminal and asked for anyone paying by card to come to him for service. A couple in front of us in the line with two youngsters stepped across and we followed to be next in line. While we were waiting a young lady with dark hair, carrying a laptop came and TOLD us to get back in the line. We attempted to explain that the guy on the terminal has said to come across, but she said that the main checkout points could take cards. We again reiterated that we had been invited across by a member of the team and she again stated emphatically that we HAD to get back in the main line (which by now we had already lost our place in). Due to her attitude, and the way that we (a relatively elderly couple) were spoke to, I put the boxes of shoes I was holding and in her hands and made it very clear that we would not be buying them - to which she responded "thank you - have a good afternoon" in what I can at best say was a sarcastic throwaway. That will be the last visit I make to that store - BTW - we bought at the adjacent Clark's store where we received exceptionally professional service.
