Bought a pair of Nike sneakers and it turned out to be one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. After only a handful of uses, the sole started coming apart and the little rubber studs/bumps st... See more

I ordered the england away shirt for the world cup on Monday since yesterday I have had no information on when my order is being dispatched they keep telling me to wait a bit further when they give you an estimated delivery date of Thursday
I bought the Nike hyper ice shoe
I bought the Nike hyper ice shoe. The temperature doesn’t work and the customer support in Germany is horrible and unintelligent.
I’m very disappointed with Nike.
I’m very disappointed with these shoes. I bought them just 3 months ago, not 3 years ago although judging by the condition of the inner heel lining, you wouldn’t be able to tell.
After normal, everyday use (mostly walking, not climbing mountains or running marathons), the inside of the heel has already worn through and started falling apart. As shown in the photo, the fabric is fraying and breaking down like it’s had a much harder life than it actually has. I contacted Nike customer service and was told this is ‘normal wear and tear’. If this is considered normal after 3 months, I’m slightly worried what “long-lasting” means.
I expected better durability from a brand like Nike and also better response.
Ignores UK consumer law
Bought from Nike despite other retailers having much better prices as I thou the experience would be better. Wrong!
Product not delivered. Some random house photo as proof of delivery.
60 min on chat with “athlete” / bot.
Informed my right to cancel and refund under UK consumer law.
It suggested I follow their policy instead!
Don’t want their product now and will be completing a chargeback.
Awful experience.
Quality does not match the price tag
I have bought Nike products for my children since they were born (the eldest it 24) I always found the quality good and the kids have always love the brand. However over recent years I have found the quality of their clothing poor. For example my son has the running shorts and dri fit t-shirts and swimming shorts in every colour going, the Nike sign is no longer visible on any item after a couple of washes (yes the washing instructions are followed) also the last couple of pairs of trainers I have bought them make a noise as they walk, this started after a couple of weeks so I can not return as they have been worn, when a pair of trainers cost over £200 I’d like to think they would last longer.
Very bad service!
Horrendous experience with Nike in the UK
Horrendous experience with Nike in the UK. When you Google Nikes return policy in the UK, what surfaces on Google is the US return policy, I clicked through as I don't trust Google too much and was taken to a Nike.com page that said 60 day return policy with absolutely no mention of it being a US policy. I had a family issue but felt confident I had time to not worry about returning the items and so focussed on my family at that time, at 32 days I went to process the return of a large order £700+ and could not see any option to return. I got in touch with customer service who said I'd missed the deadline. I explained what had happened and provided screenshots as I could still see the 60 days return policy reflected online. I explained I'd had a family issue and that if I had to pay off my Klarna balance it would put me in debt. I had a very cold, inhuman experience with customer service, there is absolutely no thought of the customer and no level of service provided at all. I then called customer service and had the same experience, the advisor was nice but advised his hands were tied, he sent me a link that I could send my evidence that 60 days was showing to me, I provided it and got a cold email back that no, it's 30 days in the UK. I found the experience extremely upsetting at a difficult time in my life, was placed into debt. The clothes were unworn, could have been returned and resold at the same price with no issue to Nike, when it caused me a huge problem and a great deal of stress. I will never buy again from Nike, neither will my family and close friends. Really it would have cost Nike a marginal amount to resolve this, but they have lost thousands more over a lifetime of business they have lost. My order number is C01559940728 if you decide to provide some customer service and resolve this, however my consistent recent experience tells me you will not. Absolutely disgusting from the brand.

I have bought about 9 Nike shoes in the last 3 months and returned 2 of them by post and 1 of them to the store as I was picking up my another Nike order. returning to the store is smooth experience as you instantly get your refund. Returning by mail is also smooth but it takes about 5 days for the refund to be confirmed. My shopping experience with Nike.com has been quite smooth so far. Looking at the negative reviews, maybe its been improved. Loving the shoes as well.

I had a bad experience with its official site.During a delivery of my Jordan retro I was asked about custom fees by delivery boy which I indeed paid but when I call customer care they said it has to be paid but it was not written in the invoice.

Have had to order the same item 3 times because the size guide is very inaccurate.
A small 8 year old boy is advised to buy S. It would not have fitted a 4 year old. We ordered M there was barely any difference. Now waiting for size L.
Each time ordering there have been issues with delivery, lateness, lack of information or updates and a beyond useless customer service who had zero information to help.
It’s been ongoing for 10 days with yet another delay from Nike.
I will never put myself through the hassle of this website again.
I do not recommend
Contempt for Customers
This company used to be great but now it has the most appalling customer service and shows nothing but dismissive contempt for longstanding loyal customers. I will not shop here again after literally decades.

I got a Nike tech great jacket by the way but the zipper came off so…
Shoes
Shoes suck. Dropped 200 bucks (CA) on dunks that disintegrated after 10 wears. You’d expect shoes can be used for walking, right? Customer service is also very poor.
Average service not bad not great
Exchange return is taking ages
I am writing this review to express my…
I am writing this review to express my extreme frustration with Nike’s recent lack of professional standards and customer care. Despite being a loyal customer, my recent experience has been completely unacceptable.
I have faced the following significant issues:
Poor Product Quality: The items I received were defective and did not meet the quality standards expected from a brand like Nike.
Lack of Support: I have attempted to resolve this through standard customer service channels multiple times, but I have been met with scripted responses and no actual resolution.
Refund Delays: I am still waiting for a refund for the item due to return issues - nike refuse to send a QR generated code to take to the Post Office. instead they insist I travel 1.5hours to take it to a Nike store.
It is disappointing to see a global leader fail so significantly in basic consumer support. I have now been forced to escalate this matter to the executive office. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering directly from the website until these systemic service issues are fixed.
Variety and selection of items was fine...BUT...
Variety and the selection of items was good, as was the member of staff helping me to get m shopping together and sorted.St6aff were on very helpful -
BUT WHY? Do they not push joining the app for customer benefits?? I knew nor thought about Nike apps as a busy, professional who has little time for researching such things unless looking to purchase.
I was as actually going to JD Sports where I knew my purchases gave me points and perks, But they were closed (close down?? refurbishment?? I don't know!) SoI ended up in Nike town and spent close to £400 in one visit and WAS NOT told about nor invited to join the app whilst staff spent a good while helping me to choose an outfit, sneakers and a cap.
I did not know until 3 days after wheh my daughter advised me, that there was a way for that purchase to be of benefit to me other than when it was on my body!!
GUTTED! - that was a fair amount of points!.
Other stores have staff who punch on you on entry with that information or bombard you as you enter or have QR codes staff who where...maybe it's see different departments, verbally and visually.
Any signs concerning the app were just were not displayed or relayed well enough. Staff promotion of the app was nil. As a mature member of society, apps are not my first natural thought I did not grow uo in the technical era ) and so I AM the target market for these things.
Getting my well-earned points on this would have made my GOOD experience in store , a GREAT experience with NIKE... but hey!
Repeated Quality Issue – Three Pairs Failed the Same Way
I have trusted Nike products for many years and have always associated the brand with quality and performance. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been very disappointing.
I purchased three different pairs of Nike tennis shoes, and all three developed the same issue after a relatively short period of use. All three pairs developed the same sole separation in the same area, which strongly suggests a recurring manufacturing or quality problem.
When customers invest in a well-known brand like Nike, they expect durability and consistent quality. Experiencing the same failure across multiple pairs is frustrating and raises concerns about product quality control.
I hope Nike takes this feedback seriously and reviews this issue. Loyal customers appreciate the brand and simply expect products that live up to the reputation Nike has built over the years.
