I purchased a Hamilton Khaki watch with a brown leather strap from Nicols Jewelry. The watch arrived within a reasonable timeframe and looked good in the box. However, upon putting it on, the strap immediately showed excessive wear, including creasing, cracking, and scuffing, despite only one day of normal use and no excessive stress. I believe the strap is faulty and not fit for purpose. I attempted to resolve the issue through Nicols, but their after-sales and customer service were absolutely unhelpful. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be purchasing from them again.
