I signed up for the sew love letter monthly subscription. The money was taken from my account and I received the first letter two weeks later. The second payment has been taken and I have had no other letter. Tried emailing many times, no reply. I am cancelling my direct debit. Disappointed.

I’d really been enjoying my subscription but despite payments being taken I’ve still not received my sew love letter club packages for July and August. I’ve made attempts to contact via email, instagram and facebook but had no response. I’ve now contacted my credit card company to try to resolve. There doesn’t appear to be a way to cancel the subscription via the website either

I purchased an item from this website on the 15th June, they arrived a week or so later. I reported the item as faulty on the 29th June but had to report it through Nicole Mcraes Etsy's shop as the website doesn't have any contact information. I had a reply saying that the item could be replaced or refunded. I asked for a replacement as I needed the item. We are now 13th July, Nicole Mcrae is not responding to messages on Etsy or Facebook. Please be a aware when ordering items off this website, there is no information as to how to get in touch with the seller (the email icon takes you to your defaulted email app but does not automatically fill in the email address) and the Facebook icon takes you to Facebook but messages do not responded to. There is no information on how to return items either. No emails listed, no addresses and no phone numbers listed. I made a rooky mistake and ordered them any way as I had asked a question through Etsy and thought I could trust them. I'm very cross and really disappointed as I have followed this person for months and months. As of today, still no reply, no refund, no replacement item.
