I borrowed a heat breast gel pad from the hospital following having mastitis. The pad was amazing and really relieved and helped to shift the lumps. This was so good that I contacted Niche Health Care to purchase one to keep. The service was fantastic, they offered to send me a hot and cold gel pad out for free along with Mam nipple shields to help with feeding. When the package arrived I had received a Mam pump and the breast pads free of charge. This was a fantastic surprise and both products have been a god send in saving my breastfeeding journey. Cannot thank them enough!

The Niche Healthcare staff are all very much on the ball. I had a Microsoft Teams meeting with a some of their members of staff. They were all very knowledgeable and answered all my calls without hesitation. There is no mistaking the genuine concern that they have for their customers and making sure they get what they want at the best possible price. The new Niche Healthcare website has been very well thought it. It has a very professional look to it and the menu's that they have incorporated into the website are informative and easy to navigate allowing customers to quickly get to where they want to. The product catalogue is extensive with a products available ranging from furniture to medical equipment. In a very competitive market Niche's new website will rank alongside the top market competitors.
