Honestly, niche perfumes are quite rare to find in Toronto, and this store carries one of the rare niche fragrances. Despite all the good aspects of this store, it has one major drawback: an extremely rude salesperson who, unfortunately, lacks proper manners and professionalism. This individual clearly does not have the knowledge or skills to interact with customers appropriately.

However, thanks to another salesperson’s excellent service, I refrained from giving this store a 1-star rating. If the rude salesperson had not been present during my in-store visit on December 30, 2024, I would have certainly given this store a 5-star rating.

If the store management trains this salesperson on how to behave professionally with customers, it would undoubtedly become a much better place for fragrance enthusiasts who want to explore perfumes and comfortably request samples.

Lastly, I would like to thank the kind salesperson for their excellent service!

I have been shopping for fragrances from this site (they now also have a physical store in Toronto) for several years now and each time I've been impressed with their great customer service. They are always very responsive to inquiries and you can request samples of your choice with every order and I have almost always have gotten what I had asked for.
