I still have €625 in my wallet but I can't withdraw it. They deleted my euro account for no reason and I can't add it back. The account status is "Pending deposit confirmation" but when I try to deposit it says "Euro deposits are currently disabled". Think twice before you decide to trust this company with your money.

Scam vendor. They'll drain your account with fraudulent fees due to "inactivity." They stonewall verification process to drag it out for months (meanwhile they steal more via fees).

I had about 10 gbp in there and they changed all there rules making it unable to withdraw. I asked for help which I was advised to keep it in there. They then took 6gbp as an inactive feed. Scamming buggers

Helped me recover my account, they didn't act like robots, its obvious they care about the consumer.

They are steeling my money. Don't open an account here! Inactive account fees? What if I want to keep my bitcoin hoping to reach 1 million one day.

They took my last 1,84 euro , because of inactive account, which was NOT true, I had logged into my account and had tried to get my last cents. But impossible to get it, because there was a minimum limit for withdrawal. Anyway long story short. I closed my account and asked for data deletion according GDPR regulations. Now see How much they delete and / or keep (Never NiceHash Again !!!!)

Sold my assets without my knowledge then stole the full value of the account becausr I missed a couple emails

They started charging inactivity fees without a straight method to withdraw your dormant funds. They make you enter 2FA info to initiate a transfer out... that's fine since it's secure, but there are so many bugs with the authentication of the 2FA code that you give that you get locked out for no reason other than their poorly coded website. Extremely predatory behavior.

Thieves! Beware! I logged in 4 months ago and just got an email that they applied a service fee for inactive accounts. This company is scamming and taking their users money when you don‘t use their service. Never sign up to this platform. Who in their right mind thought this was a good idea? I will spread the word about this.

Will take your money without any notice despite an active account, total scam. Specifically logged activity so they wouldn't take my money.

Stated that funds would be taken if I was inactive for 6 months but then took them anyway when I have been active only a couple of months ago. Scammy service that wants your money for doing nothing. They make their money from the mining and never charged for wallet service before. They dont care about their customers or doing the right thing by them

Charging monthly fee for inactive accounts which is blatantly illegal and then also charging $10 to reset 2fa . Absolute scam now

Great App with great support. I just wish it was easier to set it up as a pool, it's definitely possible just not as easy as everything else.

Don't pay them for EasyMinig - it's just fun casino without any profit. Don't think it's an easy arrival. With a probability of 1:10 among all the packages bought, the only time there was a 95% chance of finding a block - but that's just to warm up the excitement. This is just a casino, we need to prosecute the management and this site for fraud and we will.

Customer Service replies really fast and resolves problem with one report.

Had a problem with my KYC verification and got solved realy fast with a nice and pleasant customer support/ moderators , was sad at first but feel so happy that support on some web sites/ app realy care about their customers.
