All good, from a first time buyer

First time buyer and was a little nervous due to the mixed reviews, but I placed my order anyways. Delivery was listed as 1-4 days and received my order on day 4, so they kept their promise. The items were neatly packed and all in perfect condition. Nothing to complain about! 👌

I do not recommend

I do not recommend, worst customer service. My order never arrived, gave me a false tracking number and then told me my item was damaged by postal service.

This place sucks

This place sucks, waited for my treadmill and received an email that my package was delivered but to Minnesota and I live in California, then find out it wasn't even my treadmill that they emailed me about, and never received it, then they tell me it's out of stock. Why did I receive an email on a package that wasn't mine....they have terrible customer service. Their emails were all misspelled and made no sense..never order from any business that associates with them

Bad practice + bad customer service

Company kept products on the site that were not available + Bad customer service. Had to mail multiple times to get the answer that my product is not available after waiting for a month. Never again.
