I would rate less than a 1 star if this was possible! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The seizing is very confusing. You can only have a credit note but need them to send you a return label to return. We have been waiting for this label for over 2 weeks and they don’t even reply anymore. The worst customer service I have even come across. Paid £150 for the shoes with delivery.
Missing store credit no shoes for comp…
I was supposed to be issued a credit for the wrong size shoes. They received the shoes and emailed me saying I have a store credit, I cannot find the store credit anywhere on their site or email code. I have emailed now about 5-6 times, no response. I’m going to recommend our entire cheer association not use this company ever again!
International Returns and Poor Customer Service
Just posting this here as an FYI and to make other international customers aware.
I ordered Nfinity Flyte Cheer Shoes and we received Nfinity Vengeance. The packaging label stated Flyte but inside the wrong shoes had been packed.
Contacted Nfinity Customer Service Oct 23 providing a photo of the incorrect shoes who advised "sorry your shoes didn't work out" which was infuriating as I had explained everything in my email. So I replied to advise that the shoes didn't work out because you sent me the incorrect shoes. No response.
I then sent another email asking for acknowledgement on the fact that they had shipped the wrong shoes. I received this response:
"Exchanges are only available for U.S. orders. For international orders, you can return your item/s for store credit, which can be used toward a different size or product. Please note: We’re unable to provide a prepaid return label for international returns. For full details, please see our International Orders policy.
To proceed, kindly return the item/s using your preferred courier at your own cost. We recommend using a reliable, insured service such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS."
I have written back again to advise that is completely unacceptable as Nfinity sent me the wrong shoes. I have now explained this two or three times and provided a photo and want Nfinity to acknowledge the fact that they shipped the incorrect shoes and address the error.
Tbh I doubt they will. I will update this review again if they do. The upshot is that I will send these shoes back out of my own pocket. Pop a note in explaining they sent the incorrect shoes and ask for reimbursement on the return shipping costs.
The lack of accountability and an apology is disappointing.
Very poor customer service!
I have two orders with problems. I have sent multiple email requests and have not heard back from the company. This company has no way to speak with a human to help solve issues. I have one order that is showing fulfilled in my customer portal, but it has been sitting at the company's warehouse for weeks with no movement on the tracking number. I have another order that had the color of shoe I requested changed and I tried to get it fixed before the shoe was shipped out, but again there is no way to talk to a human to fix a problem. Now the wrong color shows it is coming to me and will have to deal with the company's awful exchange policy and hope I have my correct shoes in time for competition season.

I did some digging and found a phone number for customer support, 678-727-8607. I left a voicemail. They called back same day and were AMAZING. Very professional, very helpful. Situation resolved quickly. My previous issues were related to I.T. issues which they are working on resolving. Thanks!

If I could give no stars I would. Do not order from this company. They have had my returned item for over two weeks and still not processed a credit for me to reorder. The only time they returned my email was to ask for proof of delivery. This was send immediately and I have been ignored ever since. There is no customer service phone number to phone, which really says it all.

Appalling customer service
Returned the item with the barcode they sent me, checked it had been delivered after weeks of not hearing anything, it had been delivered 16 days ago.
Contacted customer services who eventually reply saying they have no record of it arriving. I send the tracking details to show it arrived and they say that was for another pair I returned in July. Then they eventually realise they're wrong after I repeatedly send the tracking and screenshots of it arriving.
It arrived back on 2.12/24 yet I'm still awaiting my store credit. Completely incompetent.
Still awaiting store credit a week after being told they had the shoes.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I'll be contacting trading standards.

I wouldn’t even give them a star. I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter. We get them, too small. I then contact them. They tell me I have to pay to return them. Okay fine, send them back. A week goes by, I ask them when I’m getting an in store credit so I can get the shoes again. “We need a tracking number or proof of receipt”. I send it to them. They’re refusing to refund me at all not even an in store credit. So now I’m out for the shoes and the money to return them! Do not buy from them! Absolute scam! And terrible customer service!

BUYER BEWARE. Well - seems like the same sorry story repeats itself. Ordered the shoes two weeks ago and still nothing. Order #SPFY261110. Paid over $160 and nothing to show for it.
You can’t call because Nfiniti does not list a number on its website. You have to email them if you have an issue.. THAT IS A HUGE RED FLAG. The problem is no one responds to your email. It seems like the only way to get a response is to give them a bad review here. Not a great business strategy, but I’ll give it a shot.
The shipping carrier’s website shows that it is still waiting on the package from Nfiniti. No change in two weeks. Nfiniti - if you’re out there - you’ve been paid and we just want the shoes before football season for sideline cheer.
My other daughter ordered her shoes from Rebel and we received them in five days. There are other companies out there that wont make your life difficult.

Never Received Order
I placed an order June 17 SPFY250446 and never received any items. My card was charged and i received a notification the order was confirmed however no shipment notification or tracking number. Nfinity website states shipping in 6-8 business days. I sent 5 emails and left 2 voicemails asking for updates and then cancelling my order- no one ever responded to any inquiry aside from an automated message.
Update: still no refund received and can only get a response when I post on trust pilot

these reviews!! They will take your money and run! If I could give this company zero stars I would. First, very expensive shoe and not worth it. It came very flimsy and not enough support. That wasn’t even the issue though. The company gives minimal customer support and zero cash refund back to my card. Only store credit. My daughter is normally a youth size 1maybe 2. The description next to the vegeance shoe said “slightly small.” In addition there was no size guide provided on the page where the shoe and information is on. I asked for a return and the size guide. They had me draw with a pencil the actual size of my daughter’s foot and measure as the proper way to find the shoe size that fits her. She would be a WOMEN’S size 5 with the measurements taken. I have been so upset about this and going through medical stuff right anyway. They don’t even care. I normally don’t write reviews but I am here to warn people! Not only will you injure yourself with this unsupportive cheer shoe, they will take your money and run!!! No help at all. They have become mute and will not respond to my emails, the only way to get ahold of them!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The sizing they use is incorrect. I used the "tool" to order my daughter's shoes and they were way too small. Upon doing the exchange, my card was charged for the new shoes and a restocking fee and I got an email saying my refund was rejected because of an address issue which is bull. I never changed my address and magically both shoes got to me but not a refund. Interesting how that works. There is no way to talk to anyone over the phone. HUGE RED FLAG. Would never order from this company again. Fraud.

This is hands down one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They guide you with a paper cut out to size your child’s foot! After overpaying they arrive and are way too small(daughuer a youth 6 on her gym shoes I needed to return for a women’s 9) they then charge you a restocking fee if 15 dollars and a shipping fee of 13! They won’t give you $$ back unless you take a huge reduction in the refund otherwise you get a store credit and won’t ship new size till others are returned then they tell you they are delayed! You can’t speak to a live person ever other than via email! Worst worst store they should go out of business

Horrible company
Horrible company. Red flag when they won’t refund you and have “restocking fee.” Their online website is horrible and once an item is returned you never hear back that you have a credit. A Christmas return got a credit months later, in the spring and still waiting on second credit for other item. You can’t get a live person. Sat on phone 10 minutes, opting to wait to speak with a live person and then the hold message switched to, “we are now closed.” Really, at 10:30 am on a weekday? They are clearly going out of business. Buyer beware. Might as well burn your money!

Canceled order before shipment with no refund in sight.
January 10, 2024, I ordered a backpack online ($110 including shipping). Within 15 minutes of ordering, I realized the shipping address populated incorrectly. There was no customer service number, so the only option I had was to email their general customer service email address to request either a cancellation or change of delivery address. Luckily, they did respond by email the next day to confirm my order was successfully canceled in time before the item was shipped. The email also stated that I should see funds returned to my payment method in 2-3 business days (which would have been January 16 or 17).
January 24, 2024, 5-6 business days after I was supposed see a refund, I emailed their general customer service email address to ask what the status of the refund was. The next day, I received an email response that they were sorry to hear about the issue and have reached out to their internal department to look into this. I have not heard back since, despite a follow up email on February 2nd and another on February 9th.
I have now been forced to open a dispute with my credit card company. What a headache. Every one of these reviews about the lack of customer support is absolutely accurate.

Where to begin. Shoe sizing is a disaster, customer service even worse. Wish I could give negative stars. Imagine buying shoes in September , sent them back because if you use their sizing guide you’ll guarantee yourself incorrect sized shoes and here we are halfway through January and still can’t even get a response from them. I would say we’ve emailed them 10 times to date and they have responded once. this is still not sorted out! Nfinity your customer service is an atrocity and an insult to the honest and professional companies out there doing the same thing. Thankfully there’s other companies out there doing the same thing with far superior customer service. I’m shocked they remain in business. I never write reviews, poor customer service is a common thing these days and complaining does nothing. Having said that we have a child who loves her cheer and is using beat up shoes because these guys can’t be bothered to provide people with a level of service you’d expect for the cost of the products. $130 shoes, $50 to ship them back. A promise of a credit to buy a different size, notification they have received the shoes and yet still no credit 2 months later. I’ll sway every single person’s opinion about them I can moving forward. Such a shame.
