Nexuscctv is just Fantastic!!!
Doesn't work properly. Service only through mail contact which takes very long and not helpful.

Nice products and great service. Fast response on technical as well as commercial questions
The installation of the 2 cameras I bought is not working as described, the customer service just keeps on sending standard responses which ofcourse do not help.
Every request to give me a (video) call and really help me, goes unanswered.
I would advise to not buy this suppliers cameras because if it does not work they hide behind an e-mail wall and you are on your own.

Great trustful shop.
When something is broken they will fix it for you for free.
Service is great!
I ordered a 115VP IP-Camera from NexusCCTV in November 2018.
Setup:
First, when the camera arrived I wondered, how big the housing is.
Next, you can only logon to the cameras configuration page via Internet Explorer (yes, that browser from the 90s).
Operation:
Afterwards my ONVIF-compliant program found the camera, but there were warnings about fallback protocols and so on.
The performance issues showed as
- connections to the rtsp-stream taking at least five seconds (mostly more) until the stream shows up
- taking a snapshot takes also more than five seconds
Issues during operation:
While the screenshot function did show no pincture in some cases it showed old pictures in many other. So I could see pictures from the morning when taking a snapshot in the evening. I was not very happy, because my FRITZbox takes a snapshot and shows it on my phone when the doorbell rings.
Another issue is that the camera restarts every four minutes during the night hours (when the IR-lamp is active).
Support:
The support was friendly, but after all I could not solve any of the problems. There are no firmware upgrades. They wanted me to try a different power supply to avoid the reboot every four minutes (of course it made no difference - a faulty power supply would not fail exactly every four minutes).
Four weeks and many mails later there was no problem solved. Thus I asked for returning the camera. The RMA-document I got included following clauses:
original text from RMA:
Der Warenwert wird gemäß folgenden Prozentsätzen reduziert:
• Fehlende/beschädigte Originalverpackung: 20%
• Kratzer oder ähnliche kosmetische Schäden des Produkts: 40-70% nach Bewertung
• Fehlende Teile: 10-80% nach Bewertung der Funktion/des Preises des Teils
• Sonstige Änderungen, Schäden oder Mängel: Mindestens 10%, jedoch nach Bewertung.
-> without intact original box you get 20% less
-> scratches or similar cosmetical damages are charged with 40-70%
-> missing parts are 10-80% depending of price or function of the missing part
-> other changes, damages or defects: at least 10%, more depending on assessment
I´ve thrown away the box because I don´t want live in a carton castle. I also mounted the camera in its final place (outside of the house - this is what an outdoor IR-camera is made for) and finally I lost the useless Ethernet cable cover (which is only applicable, if you crimp the cable). What the heck are other changes, damages or defects? It could be everthing like a bruised cable, a clawed screw or anything...
So, do the maths:
20% missing box
40% - 70% scratches (once mounted, you´ll see the difference to a brand new part)
10% - 80% missing part
10% for the goodwill of the guy in charge
-----------------------------------
At least 80% will not be refunded. Plus I have to pay for the transport of the faulty piece of scrap.
I bought a different camera, it has a smaller housing, is reliable, fast and cheap as well. Not as cheap as the nexuscctv one (apparently) is, but I don´t have to bother and cope around with it. My spare time isn´t to be a housekeeper.
