Shady bait and switch

Despite the bad reviews I also took a chance on some SNV5420-800G NVMe because the current price was good. They took the order for two units, no issues. Then I received an email the next day saying they cancelled my order: "As either the stock and/or pricing information was inaccurate at the time of placing the order, the order has been automatically rejected & cancelled. Please view the product page
again of the product you are wishing to purchase for the updated data and place a new order online." So, I went back to the product page. The inventory count was the same (146 units in stock), but they had jacked the price up by 110%. Shady business.

Bizarre customer service that creates their own problems.

I'm hoping NextWarehouse reads this review, b/c my experience was terrible with them. I ordered a drive dock, and never received any tracking or shipping info. I request tracking info via their online portal, and receive nothing. Then I get an email that says "your order has been delivered, please confirm by clicking here." Well, I'm out of town so I call their customer support, and ask for info on the order. The rude lady there tells me that the order hasn't been shipped, but the vendor has the product. I request to cancel the order b/c I need it right away. Then after her being incredibly rude to me (b/c, you know, I'm being so crazy that I actually want what I purchased!), another person emails me a tracking number (a week or more later!). I finally did get the product -- but my god people -- you guys sell TECHNOLOGY products but you're acting like a mail order chain from 1982. I feel lucky that I got my order, and I'm never using them again.

Ordered (14) tv's .never received invoice. called several times with no luck (vm full , emials bounced back) finally reached JESSICA who assured me only 10 available. promised to email invoice. nothing!
Today 6 tvs arrive, called jessica again and advised shed call me right back to see what was going on.. Again, called to f/up on the remaining tv's , and again could not reach anyone.. 5 hrs later Jessica called back and said her vendors were "stupid and didnt know what they were doing... now the other 4 missing will be coming in 2 different orders within 4 days.
i also received 10 emails with 10 diff tracking numbers.
like i said, dont waste your time on this company.. UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH MAJOR DELAYS INCURRED!

I ordered the GPUs EVGA GeForce RTX…

I ordered the GPUs EVGA GeForce RTX 3060 XC from them and it is in stock right now for $849.98(MSRP $329). Anyone can order it right now. They don't want to sent the items to me because I order them at a lower price in February at $470 (which is still over MSRP). This is a scam scalper company. If they sent the item to my ,I will change my review.

Purchased a GPU that is expected to be…

Purchased a GPU that is expected to be in stock on the 16th of January. That date changed to the 19th, 21st, and now 24th. Every time the quantity changes as well as the price. I have no problem waiting for it, I just don't think they actually can get the GPU and are using this as a marketing ploy. The GPU prices are the same as on Ebay. MSRP is $699 and they're selling it for $1499. So if you want your GPU within a reasonable time, hit up your local Ebay website.

Unprofessional and unresponsive

Ordered a product over a month ago. Email a few times for update on shipping or stock. No response. Now two months into and no response or even an automated email response back. Avoid ordering or wasting your money here

Price Gougers at the very least

Price Gougers at the very least. They overprice their Processors and video cards beyond MSRP. Also, note that they falsely claim they are getting the product in and take your money upfront all while queueing you for months. Has to be the worst company on the planet.

Absolutely the WORST service I've…

Absolutely the WORST service I've experience as a purchaser for my company. I do NOT recommend dealing with them. I had a minor issue that I thought could be easily remedied, they just shipped the wrong part. I returned it without any issue; after 6 weeks waiting for the replacement part, it never arrived. When trying to resolve it, rather than just send the part or send 2 of the individual parts (it was a 2 pack), both of which showed were in stock, they refused - it was advertised on their web site at that time at a higher price. My conclusion: Prices went up and they decided not to honor my purchase and now I have to wait, who know how long, for a refund -can't refund/comp me for my 6 weeks wait though, pity, thanks Gary!

Very Poor Customer Service

As a nurse, I am well aware of the issues related to remote work and delays in shipping. However, I have NEVER received such poor customer service. I placed an order in May which should have shipped in a fairly timely manner. I received an email stating that if I had not received the item, that I should contact NextWarehouse. I did so and was told that the item was on backorder but that they should be receiving a shipment by the 13th. Today is the 18th and I received another email stating that if I did not receive the shipment, I should contact NextWarehouse. I had the unfortunate luck to reach the same "customer service" representative as I had previously. She informed me that she had already spoken with me this month and that the item was on back order and, basically, that I was wasting her time. I informed her that I was only contacting them as I was instructed to do so in an email sent from them to me. I did, of course, cancel my order. I am frustrated that when I placed the order I was not informed about the long wait or backorder status. However, I am much more frustrated with the VERY POOR customer service I received. Even if this company had the best prices and had what I needed in stock, I would never order anything from them again.

Be careful purchasing from this company…

Be careful purchasing from this company (Nextwarehouse). I bought a printer cable from them that had an intermittent short. I am expected to pay shipping for return, which is more than the product cost, with no guarantee that I will be refunded. Not only am I out the cost of the produce and shipping, but I also lost 10 days of productivity on a project and three phone calls to the company.

Ordered a product thru Amazon. They shipped the product to another address in another state and then played “stupid”. Don’t waste your time with this company. It’s obvious from all the reviews they aren’t to be trusted.

I have decided to give this retailer a…

I have decided to give this retailer a shot since you won't know until you try right? Oh boy... I was so wrong. Out of my whole PC parts shopping here is my ranking of the online stores I have shop at Bestbuy, Walmart, Amazon and lastly...Nextwarehouse. I have orders a PSU from them and there was no confirmation of shipment after 2-3 days. I tried to reaching to them through phone but no luck. Set them an email and it was they said my order would be pushed back about 5 day. Since there is a crisis with Covid I gave them the best benefit of doubt with optimism so I was willing to wait. On the given day my order was supposed to be shipped it was I was notified that my order was pushed back another 10 days. I decided to cancel the order. Turns out these price gouging people increased the price of the item by 30%.

TLDR

-Overpriced items
-Terrible delivery times

Take a chance!

Despite the bad reviews I took a chance on buying from their site. I bought a thermal printer that was sold out everywhere. The printer came in a decent time frame and actually works. So I can't speak for anyone else but myself

I made a mistake by not searching the reviews. I didn't realize the reputation was 1 star BAD I was naïve to assume that the company was honest. Avoid any dealings with these crooks.

Scam Artists

I wish I had read these reviews first. Here's my experience.

Overall experience with this seller was awful.

I placed the order on 1/20/2020 and received an invoice from PayPal same day. I also received an order confirmation from the vendor same day.

On February 17 (nearly a month later), i received notification that the order had been shipped.

On February 20, when I had not received the shipment, I checked the tracking status using FedEx tracking number provided; FedEx.com showed the item delivered Tuesday 2/18/2020 at 12:59 pm to Smyrna, TN. I do not know anyone in Smyrna, TN, and my shipping address was clearly indicated on my invoice and order confirmation (Omaha, NE).

I called customer service (877-235-6628) on 2/20 and got no answer during business hours! I left a voice mail with all of my contact details and did not receive a call back. Instead, I received five emails that night with the exact same shipment notification details.

I also sent an email to yjuan at NextWarehouse, the email address provided in my order confirmation. I have not received any response from this person.

On 2/22/2020, I filled out an online form at nextwarehouse.com to alert them that my order was never received. I finally heard from someone who told me I got the wrong tracking information. The product was then shipped and received a few days later.

However, they sent the wrong product. I ordered a US English keyboard and got a French language keyboard (characters are different, etc.). I have proof of the product description when I ordered that shows they advertised and sold the US English keyboard.

I got in touch with Gary at NextWarehouse. Gary proceeded to argue with me and asked for pictures of the box that the product came in to try to prove that the part number I ordered was the same as the part number I received. He tried to tell me that the manufacturer (Lenovo) shipped the wrong product and that it was their fault, so NextWarehouse shouldn't be held accountable. When I finally convinced him that his company is responsible for the resale -- not the manufacturer -- he agreed to refund me the purchase price. He gave me only four days to return the product in order to get a refund; ironic that I, as the customer, have to act more quickly than the retailer. Nice double standard.

I shipped the product back for $30 (about 35% the cost of the product) on 3/11/20. I finally got a refund for the product on 4/3/20, but only after asking again.

I am asking to be reimbursed for the $30 in charges I incurred to return the wrong merchandise they sent. Gary refuses to reimburse me for the cost. At this point, I have no product nearly three months later, have spent hours of my time addressing this, and am out $30.77 of my own money in the process.

Never, ever do business with these scam artists.

Never buy from Next Warehouse

Never buy from Next Warehouse. Purchased a server - received it and it was defective and never turned on from the get go. Wants us to pay shipping to return the unit and in fine print says that we don't get a refund of we return a defective unit. Gary Yang was absolutely unhelpful on the phone and told us to drop it off if we didn't want to pay shipping (IN CALIFORNIA). I asked to speak to his manager - he replied telling me that he is the manager. I further asked to speak to whoever is above him. He told me that 'he doesn't come into work.' Pay the extra dollars and go somewhere else.

Here's a copy of what is needed in order to get a 'refund' for an item that didn't work on the first place upon receipt.

I placed an order for over $1500.00
They asked for my credit card and in check out, they advised me the product is on back order. They did not have a clue when the product will be available for shipping. This is a weird website that is not operating under American standards. They were also questioning my website and email. The excuse was for “security issues” impugning my integrity. Beware! I urge you to avoid this company. It is not worth it.
