Lots of choice at excellent prices.

Found lots of choice on the app. Got exactly what I wanted and did click and collect for next day delivery to store. Great tracking updates. Fast service. In store, in Bromborough on the Croft Retail Park, staff are always really helpful and friendly. Excellent prices.

I do like Next

I do like Next and the clothes do seem a decent quality. The cord trousers I have just bought are a lovely soft material. I would love Next a lot more if they did extended their range to cover more variety in larger sizes.

Back Lit Mirror

Back Lit Mirror
The item was broken but we’d had an electrician install as it was covered in blue film
Only once we’d finished doing the final touches to our bathroom did we remove the film to find it was broken.
I’ve had to purchase a new mirror from you at full cost and with no recompense from NEXT to pay the electrician to come back and reinstall the new mirror
I’m really disappointed in this whole situation

Heated blanket …

Next make it so easy to order online…

Next make it so easy to order online then decide if you want it delivered, or you wish to collect it yourself, which was what I did. I got an email to say he item had arrived, went to the store and typed my order number into the machine. Just a few minutes later the parcel was in my hands. How easy is that!
