Read if you are a licensed nurse

Be very careful if you have a RN/LPN license you want to keep. They will often have entire units UNSTAFFED and expect nurses from other units to cover patients and do medpass while caring for their own residents, making ratios easily 50:1. I’m not talking about overnight shifts either, these are midday and evening shifts that don’t have coverage. Instead of management staying over to help out, they leave residents completely forgotten about.
