Had an amazing trip to new York , with out new york site seeing vouchers we wouldn't have got all the attractions seen.. they where helpful and friendly ..

The guide pointed out landmarks but was not specific as to their location. The Windows inside the bus were covered with a film which made it difficult to see through, therefore had to sit upstairs and it was
Cold.

We wanted to do a helicopter tour of New York and looking at the internet Newyorksightseeing was probably the most competetive, but it had loads of add ons, 48hrs bus tours uptown, downtown, Brooklyn and night tour. Boat tour, comedy club and other things. The helicopter tour was excellent 20 mins ride and seeing all the sights, the hop on hop off was also very good, with very informative guides. I would definitetly recommend the river tour, you will get some great views of NY, Statue Ellis island and more.
We only had two days in New York and it is a very busy city so you can only do and see so much, but i would recommend the sightseeing tour it was well worth the money

I enjoyed the "Bronx Tour", though only about opne quarter of the trip was in the Bronx. Of the two guides we had, one was good and responded well to questions, and the other was set on giving the set script regardless.

The booking experience was very poor. From 74th street where we were staying, we had to go to 55th street to collect the tickets we had booked on line, and then to 122nd street for the start of the tour. It was difficult to collect the tickets because we had not been able to print out our booking confirmation, although I had it on my iPad, which was not sufficient for the booking agent (this is not how the process is described on the website).

Good tour depending on what kind of tour guide you get. You can hop on and off as many times as you want. First guy was pretty lame but the second guy was very knowledgable and explained alot of landmarks and attractions. As long as you have an interesting tour guide its pretty neat. Otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars.

We had 2 experiences with sightseeing and both were great..!
First was the uptown bus tour which I booked online. Easy to book. Unfortunately I had prebooked a specific day - which was the wettest day of the week. This didn't spoil the experience as we had Jimmy as our guide. A truly knowledgeable guide even though you couldn't see out because of the rain we still felt that we got the full experience.
Second was our encounter with Shawn (8793). He stopped us outside the Empire State, and we had walked past many of your agents... His charisma help to get our attention. We were only planning to attend ESB but he got us express tickets and upsold us another trip which was equally amazing as the ESB. What can I say? Shawn saved us a lot of time and money, so for that Thank You..!

It was difficult to understand our tour guide because he would talk fast and then move his voice away from the Microphone. Also he didn't share much history. Really disappointing. I've been many times on these tours and years ago it seemed people shared more history.

Sat on the bus without moving for over 30 minutes with a tour guide that had such a heavy middle eastern accent, none of us could understand him. Protestors were marching (president-elect Trump); however, there should have been some disclaimer stating normal routes would be altered, delayed, etc. We had two of our grandchildren with us and they were bored to death. We hopped off after one stop, wasting our $200+ tour.

The best way to travel NYC and get a good tour of everything! With the unlimited hop on/off stops in Downtown, Uptown, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and even water taxi tour of the riverfront and Statue of Liberty, there's no better way to go. Recommended for families with littles and older people that have trouble getting around. This was my second time to use Grayline double decker red buses in NYC and would do it again.

My husband and I had a great time however we wished the buses started earlier and ran longer for the hop on and off tours. We also did the twilight boat cruise however it was a problem that when it was over we had no way to get closer to our hotel, and needed to walk some and eventually get a taxi.

The boat ride was very educational and has convenient stops at the favorite sights! MUCH more comfortable than riding the subway around town to see the same!

A 12 hour journey from Times Square. The tour touched on all the major landmarks providing adequate times at each spot.

There were grumbles from other passengers about not stopping and driving by some Washington DC landmarks but with just a day, book a longer tour or stay in the area for a few days.

Great tour leader, humorous and accommodating.

Worth the money. Can't wait to go again. A must if you don't want to wait in lines. Great discounts on prices on line.

Great would recommend to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Everything was great! The guy who gave the tour had great info. Although the audio system wasn't working at the beginning.

All tours excellent, guides very knowledgeable and entertaining.
All the printed coupons seemed excessive, hopefully a better method can be found.
