Worst customer service
Worst customer service, I gave 1 star because it is not possible to give 0. I bought a pack of boxers wrong size, didn’t open them found out it was wrong size and went to return the day after and they refuse to refund. The service was mad and rude “ it’s not our fault you chose the wrong size” the answer of one worker. They say they have a policy of not returning boxers, that’s fine they have that policy at least write it in the item so it’s visible to the customer. I think it’s weird and not giving a damn about a customer. I don’t know really if it’s everywhere in Denmark but I have never been rejected to refund my money what every I bought as long as I have the receipt. Worst store/shop!

Disgraceful experience, Romania, Ilfov, Buftea br
On 2nd August 2025 I visited the store in Romania, Ilfov , Buftea branch where the security lady and the shift manager have been extremely rude and disrespectful with me and my daughter.
When I entered the fitting room there were 2 dresses on the floor, however I ignored the untidiness and tried on the items that I picked, At the end I placed all unwanted items neatly on the hangers and hung them on the fitting room hangers, making sure I don’t leave behind any mess of my own.
After finishing I went front of next cabin, where my daughter was still trying on her items, meanwhile the security lady went to my cabin and with hypocrisy started throwing at me extremely rude and disrespectful comments like : you are so messy , are you behaving the same in your own home , why you are not placing the items back in the racks from where you took them. However I preferred to radder ignore the luck of professionalism, so it won’t escalate it into a fight.
Few minutes later the shift manager appeared and without asking any questions , kept on lecturing me, when I clarified that the items that my daughter kept on the floor are the once that we will buy and the store items are the once neatly placed on the hangers, he left without the bare minimum curtesy of apologizing for the disrespectful treatment or misunderstanding,
However since I was having my flight next morning, the lack of time forced me to get over it , instead of visiting other New Yorker branch (where my experience was better then great) and checked out with amount 2,385 Ron , from a empty store of customers .
I strongly believe if those employees would have sales targets, they would be more polite , instead of being so repulsive.
Last and not list I highly appreciate New Yorkers brand for the stylish , comfy items suitable for all ages and sizes, for the garments quality and affordable prices.

Good magazines, but lies about gifts
Yes, their magazines are good, but when they promise to send you a tote bag - don't believe them. I never received it. They will even pretend to send it to you again, but it will not happen. The funniest thing is that they suspiciously do not share the tracking link and do not want to do it. This is a lie and misleading.
For this prices, is good
Great store for stylish yet affordable pieces. The quality is okay for the price, but if you want luxury materials, you might need to pay more. Customer service has always been responsive and helpful.
I love the New Yorker
I love the New Yorker. One of my favorite networks of multi-brand youth clothing, and I discovered it relatively recently, having become quite fond of it. First of all, it attracts a diverse range of clothes, a lot of interesting and boring things, and I appreciate such things - they are quite concise and original.
Cute clothing for a low price
Cute clothing for a low price. Ofcourse it isn't the best quality, but if you want good quality you should search for more expensive items. All those reviews are bad, but in my case, i could just return my items. The only thing that I have complaints about is that they never have multiple items from a piece of clothing I want. Overall, i just love newyorker and you should deffinetly shop there (i would recommend shopping in a store, not online, because i have never tried that, so if you want to be sure, shop in a store.)
missing item
I bought and paied for 5 slips at the New Yorker in Düsseldorf yesterday, but when I got home i saw that one was missing!
I send a mail to them and they have found it still in the store and they said they are sending it to my home adress, but it never arrived.
HORRIBLE
Horrible experience. I tried to change q garment I bought the same day and they didn’t let me do it cause “it was on sales”. I ask them where in the returning policy says that and no one could answer. I just gave the item to the horrible manager and I left after wasting money in an item that I bought the same day.

Terrible customer service and their clothes are terrible quality. Don't buy into this horse sh** brand. On top of that nothing in NewYorker is original. Its all fake dupe copy cheap garbage.
