Dress was sent with security ink tags attached and torn dress.

That was very reassuring , even once I placed the order , I Was contacted regarding the size I had ordered it was different form the size I needed , thank goodness for Samantha she save my day .

I waited for my dress to arrive on the date they had given me , to the day it arrived with no problems , I was so impressed and relieved .
The box size was small , the hanger was on the outside of the box , it had pieced a whole in it also the sides had been opened .
When opening the box there was not much of protection between dress and box.
Maybe bubble wrap would have helped. I took the dress out and the dress was stunning just as the photo .
On a closer look the beading was missing and un finished ends were left untied , they had placed an hook and eye and front just inside the breast front which was stitch in the wrong place .
I was so upset as the dress had cost over 400 dollars .
I contacted them back straight away , they replied straight away and asked for photos which I sent to them .
They were very understanding and helpful.
I didn’t want to send dress back as I loved it , so I have taken to a dress maker who will do all the repairs.
NIna and Melanie have been very helpful and I was offered 10% discount , I was not happy with that so they offered another 20dollors .

However the cost of repair was more than the offer .
The dress was not a discount , it was just the repairs they paid for which should not have been therein the first place
The faults were not mine , so with hour drive to the dress maker there and back twice pause the first appointment fee ,
I’m the one paying for the extra cost .
Once again I Can not complain about the service of the girls on line they were great, just wished the dress was check before posting .

Would put a 0 if I could!! The dress (£400) was a different colour to the website and a poor fit, I’m a very standard size. There was nothing obvious stating that they have a NO RETURN policy. When I tried to return I was greeted with no-can-do emails and nothing but rudeness and attitude on the phone. The best they can do for me after multiple emails and calls is to give me store credit (I’ve already attended the event so no longer need a dress) or for me to pay to return and only receive 85% back of the cost meaning I lose around £150. They refused to even provide a returns label. Awful customer experience and would advise never to shop online with this store.

I want to share my experience as I ordered on this website. I made an order for my daughter for prom and as you can see there is no warning anywhere on the site that the dress is non-returnable and even when I put it in the basket, there is no information anywhere. Since I did it online I made two sizes Xs-small and Small as it's very hard to decide on the size if you can't see the dress. The dress is of average quality, looks like in the picture, we chose the color burgundy and size xs-small and faced a problem when we decided to return one size and we were told that there is no return in this store. Be careful when placing an order on this site. They don't return money. I believe this is a scam. Since it is impossible to place an order online and guess with the sizWebsite that scams people.e so as not to make a return, and I have not experienced this before.

This website is complete SCAM! Ordered a designer dress for my mom and when it came it was not only the wrong color, but a complete knock off. Worst material we have ever felt and no tags anywhere on it. When we tried to return it, we found only a fake return address and phone number that was not in service.

I ordered my dress 5 days ago and I haven’t received a confirmation email yet. I emailed them twice and received no response. It’s a really big bummer because they have the prettiest dresses on their website but their customer service sucks. I would love this dress but if I’m just going to be duped I want my money back.

While the dress is gorgeous, the measurements online are wrong and the customer service is the worst ever. Don’t recommend to anyone!

This website puts an image of the original dress and when you order it you receive a cheap copy of it and when you want to return it they don’t provide you a full return they return you the money minus a 15% of what you payed, do not waste your money in that garbage!

I ordered a dress and paid for it. They did not send the dress or refund my money. Their excuse was they were waiting on a confirmation. You would think my confirmation is assumed since I paid for the dress. They were Lott going to keep my money and not send the dress unless I responded to an email which was in my spam when I checked. This is their policy apparently. I will be using other companies in the future that send your order when you pay for it.

Today we visited New York Dresses for the first time and were so impressed!
Made an appointment online which was very easy. We arrived to a beautiful showroom and our own personal stylist James. He gave us the time we needed to browse all the stunning gowns. They are arranged by color and very beautifully displayed James new his stuff and his inventory and did everything possible to match me with the perfect dress for my sons wedding.
We narrowed down the choices and I look forward to ordering the perfect dress soon. Thank you James for go the extra mile today. I will be letting all my friends know about my new favorite dress shop!

Ok when it comes to range of products, pricing is reasonable and the customer service is OK

I had a terrible experience with New York Dress. I ordered a wedding dress from them but it didn't fit and they told me after the fact that they don't accept returns. So I'm now stuck with a very expensive dress that I can't wear. I would never order from them again.
