Simply never deal with this company.

Simply never deal with this company.
I have visited an apartment and contacted them to proceed a rental, they ask me CPR number for a person which comes from another country and has no clue, they ask for 3 last months payslips from a dentist with private clinic, I have sent them my bank statements with saving report back to few days which shows almost equal to full-price of the apartment itself but has not approved again, and after 4 days communication and different excuses they rent the apartment to someone else.
What they knew about me is I am a foreigner.

Dishonest

Dishonest. They cheat on the return of the deposit making you pay for repairs that are their responsibility to pay for.

Great rental and kind customer service

We have had no issues with the company what so ever!
When we needed a new refrigerator, they came and tried to fix the old one, the day afterwards the error was there again. Then they just bought us a new one.

They do also have a fair rental price and deposit.
