Marvelous
I called to ask if my new reg was ready.
Realising a) I hadn't read the letter and b) I hadn't read the letter a second time. I quickly read the letter. Paid the remainder of the balance. And, hey presto. I received an email minutes later telling me to immediately put my ✨new reg✨ on my car!
*as well as failing to read the bit in the letter that told me to pay lol, I also failed to read the bit where the letter told me to write the new reg on the envelope when posting my V5. Luckily the lovely people at new reg didn't let my stupidity stop them being marvelous.
