I was supposed to have a 12:00PM…

I was supposed to have a 12:00PM conversation with Sharlen Hollingsworth from Newman Springs about a book submission. I was not contacted unntil 12:36PM. She explained that she was on a previous call and couldn't leave. Very admirable, however she kept me waiting for 36 minutes. I tried discussing this with her. She did apologize for the delay but her tone became rude and hostile. Not sure that was the best first impression for my first working relationship with her publishing company
