I purchased a new laptop battery which was quickly delivery and fitted well. However, my credit card has been charged with an additional fee for a transaction in foreign currencies. I sent a short note to the seller and got the fee reimbursed within a few days => great customer service. Thanks

Bought battery Sat 7 March. Received email re purchase. Checked Mon Tues still being processed. Sent emails x3 no response. Which contradicts some of these good reviews. Wed started a process with PayPal. Thur 11 March response received refund being issued. So my guess is some if not all these reviews appear to be questionable. If they had have responded earlier to my messages then perhaps things would have been different. It’s a Chinese company with a base somewhere in UK.

I was looking for a replacement battery for a latitude 5521. At newlaptopaccessory.com i have found valid descriptions, all necessary information to understand the offer (e.g. battery is delivered without a cable), explanation delivery could take few days if battery type is not available in storage within EU and so on. After ordering everything went fine and as expected. The battery itself fulfills all the technical properties as it was sold (and needed) according to testing after delivery. I am very satisfied with the whole process, very satisfied with the product and will definitely buy again here.

I ordered two batteries for my laptops. One was an external battery and the other was an internal battery. Both batteries were well packaged and arrived intact. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the internal battery arrived with tools to separate the laptop case so the battery could be installed. The price of each was very good also.

Laptop Battery fitted perfectly and after a period use I did the command prompt powercfg /battery report and it's pretty much full design capacity. So a very good battery.
