I hired this company in good faith as they had served a number of mutual clients.
After letting them know that all the furniture had to be moved 1 block to the loading area they turned up without trolleys (I had offered to supply trollies from work but he said he would bring his on the day) , one of the staff was getting a single box and taking the lift down stairs instead of filling the lift as we have the lift exclusive use, Sam refused any discounts for his staff mistakes. Charged 220$ / hour so you would expect professional staff. Instead Sam is good but his staff are just anybody off the street.
The job did not get finished by 5pm and he was too busy the next day. So I contacted another company to finish the job after his 1980$ to move a two bedroon aprtment worth of funiture.
