Couldn't live without my Earl Grey…
My husband used to buy my Earl Grey tea bags from Newby from Waitrose/M&S but unfortunately they stopped selling them, panic all round. Thankfully he found them online directly with Newby and have bought from them ever since and have done for many many years. In the past I have had the odd occasion to contact them regarding non arrival and missing bags in box, but they sorted it out immediately. Their customer service is excellent.

Newby’s tea is always excellent…
Newby’s tea is always excellent quality. The Earl Grey actually actually tastes like it has some bergamot in it, unlike many other brands. The order procedure was easy and I received the tea incredibly swiftly.
