Ripped off

I went to the new wine for an evening and paid for three tickets. It stated that the tickets are from 5pm till 12am but when we got there for the first two hours everything was closing a throwing people out into the rain. After the two hours had past things started opening up again so we went and joined the main event tent and the worship music was great, what wasn't so great was the lady they let speak on the stage as it was quite clear they had not vetted her first for good biblical understanding and doctrine she was teaching people that shabbat is on a Sunday and that the disciples celebrated shabbat on a Sunday and that Jesus was resurrected on shabbat which is completely biblically and historically incorrect.

After being in the main tent from 7pm it then closed at 9:30pm and so did everything else apart from a bar selling alcohol and playing worldly music if we wanted that we would of just gone to a pub. We paid for tickets from 5pm till 12am and actually only had worship for two and a half hours, it was a complete rip off. I have emailed my complaint and even hand written it but to no surprise I get no response to my complaint or my request for a partial refund.
