Northside Emergency Vetinary Clinic(Great Barr Birmingham) in November 2022 my Father-in-law,whos is in his 80's took his sick dog to these people,they kept him overnight,when he returned in the morning they told him the dog had to be put to sleep (short version) we have since come to believe the dog didnt need to be put to sleep.
overall this distraught elderly man was charged over a £1000, we questioned it in writing,they did not provide an itemised bill just gave lame excuses,we got the vet mediation involved but the clinic did not respond to them,we reckon the father-in-law was overcharged by at least £400-£500 let alone the distress caused by an uncaring vets.
