No reaction on a claim, after sending a damaged model
I´ve bought three times in the past, where I might have given 4 or 5 stars. This time they´ve sent a destroyed model, may be because of wrong packing, and I´ve already wrote a claim with three E-Mails within pictures, and I got no reaction at all. Sorry this is not ok, I´ll return the damage model and hope that I´ll get the money back
