Netto Reviews 

I went to Netto Nørre Voldage 94, København K on 19th Aug Wednesday around 10.00pm. I picked up the things & went to counter. There was a staff called Waisb (I am not 100% sure about the name) who was really bad in attitude. He was not looking any customer at all, talked very arrogantly and don't care anything at all. When my turned came, he scanned my item & another client's too. Both of us were surprised. When I said him, he was doing wrong he just minus but no excuses. He has no manner to talk with client. Most frequently I feel Netto staffs are very rude and racist. For instance, many times when i am going Netto in Nørrebrogade 43 or Kammpannsgade 1 & staffs there doesn't talk if they see customers are from Asian looks. They even doesn't bother to say 'Hav en god dag' but constantly do nice behavior with locals. These types of behavior I observe from mostly immigrant Danish young employees. They are very rude in nature. This is the reason nowadays I start to go to other butik.

Netto Bybuen Skovlunde - very bad experience. Bottle return system faulty. Waited very long time in overheated room for them to fix it. On top of that I had gotten a Parking ticket when I finally returned to my car.

I won't go shopping there anymore there is a middle aged grumpy old man at the till who is very rude, seemingly to foreign customers. He does not greet, does not say thank you, does not say ''Har godt dag'', and if you want receipt he just throws it at you like it's some trash. I bought some raspberries on one occasion and he did not secure the package with rubber band, causing it to spill all over the floor, and he did not give a crap. I really don't know what's his problem. I don't know why they would keep such a sour person at the till, they need to shove him somewhere in the back if he hates dealing with people so much. Everyone has a bad day, but this guy does this consistently.
UPDATE: unfortunately the middle aged gross bald grumpy man was still working there last time I've shopped there (yea I only went inside because of an emergency and to see if things changed for the better. Sadly they didnt. )

The price is just normal for the products.

Normally when we're overcharged and we complain we get our money back, but in Netto in Frederikssundsvej 261 (Brønshøj) the answer is i can't do anything. Well that's a company where i will never spend my money and i will gonna make sure i will say to many people as i can what's going on in that company. Young kids working and experience ZEROOOO.

Well, Netto has some cheap stuff. But I guess the “good” story ends right there.
Most of the employees are lazy. If you ever want to know whether they have a certain item, they would give a standard answer like “If you can’t find it, we don’t have anymore” or “I don’t know”. Their level of service is overall very low.
I do find Netto as a messy store as well

Overall, Netto is cheap, but is lacking in service

Visited Netto in Borup, nice and clean.

My favorite Danish supermarket with reasonable prices. Their shops are usually pretty messy but I think my life is messier so I don't care.

They take advantage of American customers by Up-charging them, very discomforting and unfortunate. Not a pleasant experience and will likely never shop there again.

Ok sted at handle

I have shopped at our new Nettos on the Leeds Outer Ring Road on a number of occasions on the way home for convenience. Ideal as close to Sainsbury's Supper Store.

I am not impressed as prices are not really competitive with other discounters. Less choice. Poor customer service with staff yawning while serving customers. Poorly trained staff. Too many staff not on task and no real attention to how the store looks with baskets badly stacked or just left out.

Nettos has a long way to go just to stay open.

Nettalk customer, could not be easier to use and change.
Checking account or changing of service levels is excellent.

"Rode butik"

I like to shop in Netto. In this few years they become much more better.
The quality of the food is great and Finely you can find the expensive ecologic products much more cheaper.It is on of mine favorite shops .
I do not really know the service but When i need return or help there was never any problems:)
