Just had one of those horrible cold calls.
I asked the guy how he got my number and which system he used. He refused to answer.
On top of that, his info was completely wrong, I don’t even live at the address he mentioned.
This is 2025, and these shady telephone sales tactics are still happening?
Unacceptable. Shouldn’t even be allowed anymore.
He claims that is from the Govt, and never mentioned his company name clearly. Also, he gave me a Zakelijk energy contract without clear rates and was in a rush for me to accept the offer. Now, I wish to cancel the contract but I don't see any option in their email.
Keep calling wanting information about my current service providers.
Have told them to remove me from there data base, but they keep calling.
I will report them to the AML in the Netherlands.

Suggested better tariffs for my energy. I honestly told them I don’t have time and mind space for that now. Caller immediately got passive aggressive and sarcastic. Horrible experience.
