Throughout the entire process, from me sending my initial picture and .ai Illustrator file, to the team communicating with me on prices, thread colors and sizes, I have had nothing but great communication from Netpro Patches. They would email me a sample and I would reply with my comments and ideas. I understand ,as they are in China, I would need to be precise with my requests and ideas since I assumed English is their second language, so if I noticed something I pointed it out and was patient on my side of things so our correspondence was about 3 weeks, but I would get a reply quickly when I s up at 3am; otherwise, it was a next day reply for me. They would always send me a sample and did not proceed onto any next step until I was satisfied so it was a slow step by step process, but this is what happens when you are creating something. Our communication was constant and always patient. They wanted to make sure my 10x12 back patch was perfect and it was! It is so well knit with tight lines on my design which had sharp angles and loopy flames. Hedonistic Punk Vatos is my band here in Texas and the back patch was our logo for ourselves and our fans. We initially ordered 4 patches with more to be ordered soon. They gave us a discount for first-time customers and even included and extra patch! They are keeping a file for us and gave me the serial number so when we order more, they can easily and quickly reproduce it since we already got through the design process. I can honestly say this was a great experience and I and my mates are 100% satisfied. These are really well made and we can't wait to show them off at our next gig. The prices were about what you would expect for a back patch; however, the quality is beyond what you would expect as well. Great job and excellent customer service!! We will be doing business again and I will tell anyone who asks, how awesome this was from beginning to end with a quick production to delivery time. Recieved a fantastic sample patch which cost 35 dollars🤭 won’t be ordering anymore though cos it took 5 months, yes 5 months to get here,uk. Our companies can do them for the same quality or better for less money, e.g awesome merchandise

Netpro Patches made my patch perfectly. The shipping was efficient, and the customer service was top notch. If I ever need a patch again, I will be a returning customer.

The first order I did with them was great. The second order was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They took FOREVER to send me the order, then when it arrived, I discovered that they sent me the wrong size.. I had to send countless of emails asking them to re make it, they finally agreed, but they made me pay an additional fee. I Have been trying to get my order for about 4 months now. Every 4 days begging them to send me the order. I explained to them that I need this for my business. I gave them plenty of chances, time and even paid extra for them to correct the problem and I haven’t event taken delivery of the product.

Communication is terrible. They don’t keep track of emails. They don’t remember anything you said prior or corrections you asked them to make.

This company is truly a mess and I am done doing business with them. Extremely frustrating.

Poor quality of patches. Ordered stick on patches and half the patches had a sticky back that was no longer sticky

I have used Netpro twice now and been completely satisfied both times. This more recent time, they made a few sample patches before we agreed on the colors so they came out perfect. Will use again and recommend to anyone I know looking for custom patches.

Good Company to work with, quick turn around time. Some of the patches' colors didn't turn out 100% exactly as I was expecting but considering how much detail I was putting into them they do a great job. Great Prices!
