It is a gem
It is a gem. Lots of stock available and great advice given. I have learned how to choose the right costume, what to look out for and how to use and care for it. Prices were competitive and many items on sale. I will travel again just for the great service and experience of buying at an actual shop rather than online. Parking was easy. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. 6 out of 5 stars for us 🙌

An Excellent Company to Buy From
I ordered a swimming rucksack only a few days ago. It arrived very fast. It wasn't for me, so I returned it. First, I rang Ness in case there was a viable option, and spoke to a really helpful woman called Dawn.
I chose a refund, which has already been given to me.
The experience from start to finish was great.

Very happy customer
I ordered a sea squad swim seat for my grandson for Christmas got it at a fantastic price compared to other places with an extra 12% off in the sale. It’s came today after a few days, in the package was also two chocolate lollies which I’m sure my grandson will love.
Absolutely great service and will definitely use this company again.

Amazing selection of swimming costumes, bags and accessories, great advice and wonderful customer service! - so kind and helpful - thank you! And we are lucky enough to live nearby so we can actually pop in to the shop. I'd definitely give them more stars if possible.
