Andre and Peter delivered and assembled my Neptune furniture order today. They called ahead to confirm their ETA. They were very careful and considerate when bringing in each piece of furniture so as not to bump walls and doors. Great communication and service, and very happy with my purchases.

Steve and Joe were the nicest delivery guys you could hope for.
Helped put the furniture in the bedroom and took away all the packaging.
Had a lovely chat and consolidated our opinion that Neptune is a fabulous British company to buy from and always a great experience.

Staff could not have been more helpful at Swindon H.O. & outlet centre (especially Evie.) I arrived to discover that the shop does not have level access throughout the store but staff were quick to place ramps throughout, enabling me to access all areas in my wheelchair.
A lot of work has gone in to show off their products in lovely room settings and to make it a very enjoyable experience, made all the better by a lovely lunch in the cafe. The item I wanted had to be ordered but arrived by post a few days later. Very pleased.

Spoke to Carol today on the phone, it was a pleasure. Thank you again

A special mention to Brian and Andy who delivered our order this morning, having called us 30 minutes before arriving.
After carefully unpacking our items, checking for damage and positioning them, they then kindly removed all the packaging.
Neptune are not cheap but the quality is high, as is the service.

I ordered 4 chairs in April. They arrived in May. Unfortunately the wrong ones. Reordered 22 May. Finally I collected them on 2nd October after I rang to find out when they would be in stock, if I hadn't rung who knows how long it would have taken to let me know.

Great delivery service, delivery was booked in 10 days before it was due with plenty of notice and then delivery guys, Kyle and Bailey called 30 minutes before arriving.

I had a sofa delivered today by Alfi and Josh from Neptune. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. They were friendly, polite and very professional. The sofa was delivered without any issues and they made sure to take away all of the packaging too, leaving everything tidy. Excellent service all round.

I cannot praise the efforts of Alfi and Josh who delivered our unit from Neptune Outlet today. They are a credit to your company … so polite and friendly and made every effort to ensure our cabinet got through a very tight doorway and then an awkward step up before it was safely in position - all this after carrying up external steps! Their second delivery to us .. we cannot praise their efforts and professionalism enough. The cupboard was perfect too, just as we expect with Neptune Kitchen pieces.

I made an enquiry regarding cabinet knobs as unfortunately ours were damaged during storage. We were unable to purchase online directly but Jodie ensured she helped with this. She was extremely polite and professional which is a refreshing change these days unfortunately.

Shout out to Dan and Jason for another courteous and friendly delivery today.

Jamie in Customer Experience is a star and without him looking after us we would have fallen into a deep broken hole of sink despair.

Anyway, end result is we have the replacement bowl we need and a chance of having a drip free toothbrushing experience in the near future!

Neptune outlet staff really helpful when buying garden furniture. The delivery team were excellent unpacking and assembly everything. Really pleased with purchase . Plus amazing food in cafe .
